Me and my wife recently took AstraZeneca Covid shot in this clinic. The entire process right from registration went very smooth and that includes the actual vaccine shot aswell. Like to echo some of the reviews; I have never had a shot in my life which was this painless; had to ask whether it was done, will make it a point to visit this pharmacy for all the future vaccinations needs for my family. Santosh, the pharmacist also answered all our questions/concerns pertaining to vaccines and the possible after-effects, remedies etc very patiently and enthusiastically. Overall got the vibe they truly care for their patients. Highly recommended!!!

Got the Astra Zeneca vaccine for my parents at this pharmacy. The vaccination was handled by Santosh, and it was a perfect experience. They are originally from Singapore, and this was the first injection which they reported no pain at all, something they haven't seen their entire life. They were a bit concerned about the process, but after this experience they realized they were under the excellent care of the pharmacist. -- Update I would also like to commend the front-desk staff at the pharmacy, in particular the female who helped us out with the required paper-work. We were in a very peculiar situation and she was very knowledgeable on the process - something I never expected at the pharmacy.

The staff and doctors here are punctual, friendly, accommodating and go extra mile in case of contingencies. Had wonderful experience availing the services of Dr. Sarina and Dr. Mayuran. They never body shamed us and were polite and soft spoken. Dr Mayuran is one of the best family physicians we have had. Hei s very kind and compassionate and one of the times my husband couldnt turn up for an appointment due to traffic delays the staff were understanding and waived our cancellation fees. . Would highly recommend this place. Conveniently located near Metrotown mall, close to Disney store exit and near Sky Train and Bus bay. I am happy to be a part of this clinic.

Myself and my spouse had our covid vaccination done in this clinic recently. The staff is very very professional right from the appointment booking until the vaccination time. The protocols maintained in the pharmacy are very professional and were completely to our satisfaction both from safety and service perspective. The staff was very polite in greetings u, checking our IDs and getting the required forms completed before we getting the vaccination. The pharmacist was very polite, professional and gave us all required information before vaccinating us and also advised us the required indicators ti follow once back home for any possible side effects. The pharmacy is also equiped with all necessary OTC medications and medical support products. They also have an attached physician clinic and physiotherapy clinic under same roof providing a complete medi care solution...Would grade 5 stars for their service.

Having terminal cancer, one needs help from various sources. While I’ve gone to other pharmacy’s in the past, once I became a customer of INWELL PHARMACY, I felt like I had an extra hand looking after me. They have become part of my family, aiding in my need to stay optimistic and positive. They have proven that all the tasks that have been required of them, many of which they suggested, have always been carried out, showing me that I can trust them to aid in my plans. I had started to go to another pharmacy before giving this Pharmacy a try. It was like night and day. I really thought London Drugs would have offered better service. But no......INWELL is so far advanced compared to them and even the prior pharmacy I was going to for years, didn’t offer the services I’ve found with INWELL. They have free parking in the lane, just a few steps from the entrance to the pharmacy. The Pharmacy is geared to looking after prescriptions and people like me, who take more of their time. They only carry some of the more standard medications in the store itself, as my experience with them is that they put in more time to service customers via prescriptions, etc. The kind of service I’ve received from INWELL has been difficult to find in the past. They have made suggestions for me to try, they have helped with the many medications I need. As well, they have a delivery service, carried out by a very helpful gentleman. In addition, only a few steps into the area right beside the pharmacy, you will find the space for the onsite Doctors at the facility, with free parking for you, on side of Bldg, in alley. Apparently, they are currently taking on new patients. Chat with the Pharmacists to determine how they can help you, as well. GOOD LUCK!

Recently visited Peoples Inwell Pharmacy for COVID-19 vaccination. Santosh is highly knowledgeable, Caring and friendly Pharmacist I have seen so far. Very professionally managed vaccination process . Santosh did an excellent job in information sharing related to vaccination. Felt very safe to visit this pharmacy as COVID safety protocols are being followed very strictly. Kudos to Santosh and his team.

Santosh did an excellent job with the first COVID 19 vaccine for my Wife and I. He explained all the details very nicely before administering the vaccine and also provided all the information on what to expect after vaccination. We felt very well informed and hence confident to take the vaccines. The vaccination was done so nicely that we didn't even feel any pain. Santosh is a real expert at this and also extremely knowledgeable in the area of medicine and provides amazing consultation that is easy to understand. The Pharmacy is so conveniently located next to the Metro Town station that anyone taking the public transit can visit comfortably and quickly. The Pharmacy is very well equipped with everything you need with over the counter as well as prescription medication. The Pharmacy is spacious and has a large area where multiple Doctors run their clinics. Another section is dedicated for Wellness that has Chiro/Massage/Physio etc. services offered. We were very impressed to see everything offered under one roof at such a convenient and central location in Burnaby. I am very happy to recommend Peoples Inwell Pharmacy to my friends and colleagues. When we were there we saw a board that said they are accepting new patients, so I believe people can register for a family physician with them. Please check with the Pharmacy for these details as the status might change. All in all this is a 5 star place and a one stop shop for your medical needs.

I took my first AstraZeneca Covid shot in this clinic. It was an excellent experience right from reception to administering the dose. The clinic is at a key location, has good parking and is very clean, professional look. There is an attached physician clinic and physiotherapy clinic under same roof providing a complete medicare solution.. All my questions related to vaccine, possible side effects and remedies were answered by the pharmacist, Santosh, precisely and enthusiastically. I will strongly recommend this to anyone!
