I've been a here a few times, most recently because they are one of the few pharmacies open on boxing day. I got all-star service from Laith, who really went out of his way for me. Very knowledgeable, kind, and speedy service.

I would strongly recommend this place. Knowledgeable and friendly. Staff here went over and above to make sure our needs were met. First time visitor and felt like I was being treated like a family or friend, not just another customer. I am used to the big pharmacies but I would not go anywhere else now.

Had very bad experience today around 2pm. A Indian lady I think, bit heavy built, short with long hair was relocating some items where I wanted to check things I want to buy (near bandages). I asked her few questions and at the end she was so frustrated, she said either buy it or not, I need to do some work! I immediately changed my mind and left the pharmacy without buying anything. She wasn't professional at all and they lost a customer.

Mostly good service. Only issue I have with them was when I asked to get my prescription back after handing it to them, they refused and said they had to keep it. I've never had a pharmacist do that to me before. Led to a lot of headache for when I had to deal with the insurance company afterwards to get my money back.

I came in as a loyal customer. I came in there every time to get my refills and any other medications I might need. The other day a I asked a Latina lady, short, big and long hair for some help concerning two products. Her tone of voice and attitude did not sound great. I get that you can be busy and all that but you don't have to be rude and give me attitude. Poor customer service. Sometimes I wonder why people even get hired like this. Yes they may have qualifications that fit your description of the job but atleast see if your employees are nice. Because this is the 2nd time she was unable to help me out and give me attitude.
