Good selection for home healthcare supplies better than shoppers drug mart

I used to have a fine idea about this pharmacy. I have been there only twice though. The first time was ok and fine but my second visit was bad.. They kept me for more than 30 minuets and they kept telling me they are preparing my prescription. Finally I asked them how long it's going to take and they told me they dont have it all in store and they have been stalling me. They havent ordered it to come even they just started preparing other prescriptions. It was not professional at all. I was very unhappy. Specially cuz not only I have not been told they dont have it but also I have been told it is being prepared.

Very rude staff. The older gentleman is absolutely not there to help people who are mostly sick and in need of help and compassion. The lady is very disrespectful. I felt in this pharmacy a great lack of humanity and respect.

Sam is great, thus the rating of 2. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 0 or the forced 1 star. Depending on who else you get, they can be very rude & unhelpful. They also have a tendency to get frustrated easily and do not seem to want to hear what the customer/patient wants/needs.

I went to get my blood taken near 4:00, I realized I didn't have any money to pay the $3.00 parking no debit no credit no cash. My husband was at home it was just me. The Blood clinic took my blood because I was there just before 4:00 which was very nice of them as they were closing, they took me. I explained to the girl who was taking my blood my problem. she said you should go over to Fairview Pharmacy. I did and two girls rudely told me that I would have to go to office 103, I said could you please just verify my ticket, both of the just waved me off like I was some kind of thief, trying to get out of the gate, in no shape or form was I a thief. The rudeness of these two people was just terrible. I did receive help from l03, the girl who helped me was wonderful, she came out of her desk and came outside to open the gate. The reason I went to the pharmacy was that I did see a sign we pay your parking If you buy your prescription from them, so I thought they could help, but no way these girls don't deserve a job in the health community, has anyone had a time where they forgot their wallet. I guess these girls are perfect, I am a 68 year old woman I didn't expect this treatment from Fairview Pharmacy. By the way I would not buy anything from them they are rude, inconsideration and just abuse elderly people, too bad; I would not even give them a star but you have to post something CAW

I've been going to Fairview Pharmacy for most of my life, and it is by far the best in Don Mills, if not Toronto. The pharmacist, Sam, and his staff care about your health, and there is a familial atmosphere that you don't get with the major chain drug stores. Tell them I sent you, if you'd like.

One girl that dispenses the prescriptions very rude two times she gave wrong dose for my daughter medicines , today I was there to take my medicine I waited for half and hour fond my medicines on the counter nobody call me to collect them when I told her I was waiting nobody call me she was very rude and gave me bad look and when I paid she just through the receipt and left, however one guy there he is the only one I found him good his name is Sam ... the rest really have very poor cx service

I go there to pick up my three months tmonth prescription. There is a gentleman named Sam who is very helpful. He has integrity when it comes to my insurance coverage. He provides the best service at this location. However, recently I was given a hard time by one of the women pharmacists. She didn't want to give me my three month prescription. She kept questioning my dosage and the doctor's prescription. After telling her repeatedly , she gave me a one month dosage. I had to return and ask her to give it to me for three months. I'm not interested in making repeated visits to buy my medication. On a positive note , I always find useful little lotions and other stuff at this location.

When I drop off my prescription, the lady kept ignore me while she joking with her co-worker. She spelled my name wrong even after I corrected her. She said it may take half hour, but I waited for almost a hour. Don not waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

These people especially the lady dispensing the prescriptions are very rude. Some of the rudest I have seen in North York. Why would they get into a service oriented business if they don't actually like dealing with the public? Probably doing it for the money. I would recommend avoiding them. Shoppers Drug Mart is only steps away at Fairview Mall

The Persian lady dispensing the prescription at this pharmacy is very rude and abrasive and when I thank her she hangs up! Disgusting behavior!!! I will take my business elsewhere. I have emotional problems and I don't need her breathing down my neck!!!

Really bad experience. Staff were just talking to each other instead of helping their waiting customers. Masks were worn under their noses if worn at all. Will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere in the future.

This is a very conveniently located Pharmacy. SAM the pharmacist is amazing Takes the time to explain the doses. Melanie, who is the assistant also goes above and beyond. This is the best pharmacy I can think of in regards to customer service. They even provide you with free door delivery. Would certainly recommend them.

John & his staff at Fairview Pharmacy are truly fabulous and very helpful with a real personal touch and they always go the extra to ensure your prescription is to your expectations. I have been getting my prescriptions from Fairview for 20+years and even now being a resident of Niagara for the past 6 years I still use Fairview as my go to place for all my prescription needs ( well worth the drive to Burlington).
