Have used their service for the last 9 months. They have staff who provide good communication as you navigate the initial contact to request medication and eventually refill requests. They actually reach out to you so you know how your request for medication is being processed. They will fax your medication request to your doctor and let you know when they have received the okay from your doctor. They will contact you when refills are needed as it can take up to 2 weeks or longer once the refill request is initiated. They tell you it is 10 days to 2 weeks, but I suggest you start the process earlier. They will contact you with 30 days of meds left giving you plenty of time to complete the refill request timely. My meds come from Turkey with English phrasing on the box. I believe RxConnected-Canadian is concern about where the meds come from and willing to address medication questions you might have. I would encourage use of their services to obtain your important meds.

This company is a scam. They take payment via tangible check and never delivered my medication. The tracking history, in photo, shows it went from Atlanta to Germany then says “ delivered in United States.” In a span of 6 days. Does not even have the correct state. When talking with customer service they refused to give me a refund. They offered to resend the medication for an additional $25, of course sent via a tangible check to Canada. The check makes it so that you cannot dispute the charge. They also cash it before sending the medications. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It is not worth the risk!

Everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly and my medicine arrived when they told me to expect it. When the time came I was reminded both by email and phone that I was due for a refill but the medicine I received did what the doctor was hoping for and I no longer needed it. Hopefully it won't happen but In case I need it again in the future I look forward to working with you again.
