The care team assembled my order quickly, set me up with PocketPacks (free btw) and got it out to me in Ottawa overnight. Great service, short wait time when calling for support, and they communicate by phone or text, which is super convenient for me. Very happy customer. Wish I’d done this long ago. I switched to Pocket Pills when my company announced a partnership. I was tired of my local pharmacy. The pharmacist was excellent, however, the long lines, sick people and getting hit over the head with flu shots was enough. Pocket Pills has been amazing, from their in app chat, text messages and help with complex delivery. I am funeral director and my hours are all over the place. dr. strovski claimed my PrEP (apo-emitricitabine-tenofovir, an HIV prevention medication) was off-label HRT, rebooked my appointment three times, then cancelled without ever calling me (although he claims he did). wild to get gaslighted by a doctor you haven't met tbh i wasn't even there about PrEP haha i just disclosed it on my pre-appointment form. the reviews looked great, but if you're LGBTQ+, maybe look elsewhere. but hey at least the discrimination comes with a smiley face!

Sent me the wrong heart medication in my packets, and I had severe chest pains right after. I just transferred my prescriptions back to my original pharmacy, this is the last time I will be using this website, and I advise anyone to double check what they're getting, I do not think they spend any time double checking their work. Also, they are more expensive than my original pharmacy, and now my old pharmacy does these medication packets, and does free delivery. This platform is useless now. Also, I do not have money for a lawsuit, but this is extremely unreliable.

Needed the medicine urgently and thought of trying pocketpills. I called thrice to make sure the delivery will happen on time but in the end they did not delivered today as promised. Update: there was some problem in their system and somehow they were not able to deliver it on the date promised but got the call from manager in the morning and he handled the situation quite well. They sent me medicine right away with the driver and got it in 45 minutes. I love how much they care about the customer. I will look forward to giving them chance again.

The website is broken. I was told that my terrible website order experience revealed some issues that need to be fixed and they would be handled swiftly so I would not experience them again. Then I looked at the company reviews and 4 weeks ago they got a bad review for the exact same problem with the website and ignoring stalled medication orders?! This isn't a hat shop, you can't mishandle medication orders this badly and not get serious complaints. Fix the website! EDIT: I joined this service because it is online but you keep asking me to call you on the phone and litter me with VMs. When I login to the website there is no notes/messaging. Your website needs work. Stop calling. Try email.

I am absolutely blown away by this company! I didn't think this kind of positivity, honesty, and compassion existed on business level anymore. Signing up and switching my prescriptions was pretty much automatic, with PocketPills updating me via text every step of the way. Ordered my first prescription, and it arrived on my doorstep 21 hours later. Recently filled some new prescriptions for an antibiotic, and I actually got a phone call from a very polite and positive Customer Service Agent, who then transferred me to a very sweet, kind-hearted Pharmacist whose name I wish I asked for. She was very caring of my situation and had genuine concern, something I have a hard time finding among my own family and friends. This order took 36 hours to arrive, and that's only because they had to special order one of the prescriptions. I am sorry, but you guys do EVERYTHING right! Switching to PocketPills was one of the best decisions I have made in years. Keep up the great work, you will always have me as a customer! :)

This is a convenient service. The pill pouches are great. The dispensing fee is less than the brick and mortar (Rx and SD chains). The only disappointment, and it can be a big one, is the cost of the medication. Without the dispensing fee considered, the actual cost of the medication is higher priced than the brick and mortar pharmacies. It turns out the true savings with using PocketPills, compared to other pharmacies, is about $2 per prescription. If you pay out of pocket for your medication and don’t have insurance, you should determine if the $2 savings is worth waiting several days for the prescription to be prepared and delivered.

Prescription drug price at this pharmacy is also lower than at most pharmacies. Highly recommend this pharmacy for people who want to save a trip to their local pharmacy! Also good customer service as they are available on live chat most of the time.

I discovered pocket pills through a clickbait ad on Instagram and I am very happy that I did. Since then I have ditched the conventional pharmacy and have been using them to fill and refill all my prescriptions. Customer service is great, pricing is way better than your big box pharmacies and shipping is extremely quick and at no extra cost. I have been using them for the last 6 months and have loved using the service. My only downfall is that they send reminder text messages and allow you to refill via SMS and unfortunately my mobile carrier does not support the 1-855 number so I have to call in to refill. However calling is no big deal and beats having to wait in a queue to pickup and fill prescriptions at a pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone considering trying it.

I did not agree or consent to transferring my prescription from my pharmacy to PocketPills, but you went ahead and did it anyways without my knowledge! What kind of business does that?! If you would have called and explained your service and ASKED FOR CONSENT to do that, you might have had a new customer out of myself and my kids. The way you went about it was very wrong. Pocket pills provides medications for a lower price compared to shoppers drug mart, etc. (At least in my experience). Specially the dispensing charges are lower then shoppers. Also, free shipping. Meaning I don't have to walk to shoppers to get my medications. Would highly recommend checking them out. Their customers service is amazing and the pharmacists are super nice.

Amazing service. I'm very glad that I stumbled upon PocketPills, especially during the pandemic. I didn't have to leave my home in order to get my prescription, and they scheduled a telehealth appointment for me to renew it as well! Basically a one-stop-shop for any long-standing medications. Additionally, the app and website are a good place to keep a list of all medications. Above all of the amazing services they offer, the customer service is impeccable. Pocketpills staff reached out to me regarding uploading my insurance, and it was the simplest thing I've ever had to do. They are very kind when dealing with customers. I would recommend this to anyone. One last thing that I like about Pocketpills is that they ask you to list any other vitamins and medications you're taking, I assume for contraindications.

I tried PocketPills because I wanted pills delivered to my doorstep. The delivery cost was included in the dispensing fee which is much lower than most Pharmacy Chains. My pharmacist texted me details about my pills and was very patient with answering questions. At first, I was worried about the plastic packaging for each dose as my pills usually come in a blister pack instead of a pill container. I would not recommend using Pocket Pills at all. If you're looking for a good and reliable online website to get your birth control from. I would recommend using Felix. I created my account and within seconds I had a health care provider get in contact with me and discuss the brand, cost, ect. Not only did I have a hard time scheduling my appointment with pocket pills to speak to a professional. My call time was from 9:00-9:45, they said because of it being busy I might get a call outside of that time period, which is fine. Fast forward to it being 2pm and not having heard anything from anyone. I keep waiting, it is then 2:17pm, I get a call and attempt to answer it within .5 seconds. The doctor hangs up and proceeds to leave me a voice message saying my appointment was cancelled. I have the call and they called at 2:17, I called back at 2:17. I have also been waiting weeks to get an appointment and can not wait any longer to get birth control. I spoke to an agent associated with this company and the best they can offer me is sometime in September. I would not recommend this to any woman. Please do your research and find a better company and someone suited for you. If you need your birth control in 2 months time, then I would potentially recommend this company as a last resort.

I can't recommend it. I put in the order on a Tuesday, and was told that I would get it Friday. Friday comes around and I get a notification an hour after the delivery window, that they couldn't do it and would have to the next day. I took a look at my profile, and it looked like the order hadn't even been started yet, so it seems like there was no chance of it being delivered that day! They messaged me Saturday, asking me for a time to talk to a pharmacist, which I told them the morning is fine, but didn't get a confirmation or acknowledgement of when I would get a call. After waiting for a bit, it just seemed easier to continue going to a local pharmacy. It was at least easy to call and cancel the order.

Quick and easy to use. Unfortunate that there are big restrictions in the types of medications they will fill. Local pharmacies are able to provide the same service without the restrictions. The packaging seems rather excessive, being about 8-10" cubed with a lot of dead space. Overall I think it would be a good fit for someone without prescription drug coverage who is only on one or two medications which are not on their restricted list.

This has been the worst experience ever getting medications! I recently transferred my prescription over to PocketPills through work, and my new prescription took a week to be added to my profile (while trying to get it added, I kept getting pressured to order my other prescriptions on file), it took couple days for my first order to be processed, and I am still waiting. It's been 12 days since getting my prescription to posting this review and I still have no medication, and my prescription is still in processing status. This has not been fast or convenient and I'm so annoyed that I transferred over. Also the website does NOT load and is stuck on a loading loop, so the only way to do anything is through the mobile app.

The concept of an online pharmacy looks really good on paper. You order online and have medication delivered to your door. However, this pharmacy is extremely inefficient. I ordered my medication on April 1, it is now April 7 and they have yet to ship my order. During the ordering process, I was inundated with messages from different ppl asking me the same questions. The process of just placing an order took two days! If I have to wait longer than a week to get my mediation it defeats the whole purpose of me ordering with PocketPills. I will be transferring all my prescriptions over to a regular pharmacy where I can go in same day and pick up what I need.

Terrible service. The app and website constantly have issues and will allow you to book appointments that don't exist or aren't available. After several unprompted re-schedulings of my appointment, I finally got something confirmed only to never hear from the doctor. Was told there was a mix-up and booked another appointment and the same thing happened again. After the fact, I was told there was another issue with my account but this was never communicated to me. In total I had three separate confirmed appointments that were either rescheduled last-minute or had no-shows from the doctor while I waited during the confirmed appointment slot. I used Felix instead and was much more impressed with their services.

It's garbage. Yes the big box is fine, but I would love to be able to recycle all of it. 2. Finding a way to have narcotics delivered is super beneficial. It was suggested that I start using PocketPills for my prescriptions by my boss. I downloaded the app right away, I was offered a one month free supple of my choice of vitamins. This arrived 3 days later all packaged into daily little packs. I then called them and had my prescriptions transferred and ordered. I got a follow up call the next day when there was an issue with my pharmacy. That was resolved smoothly. Then,I was able to speak to a pharmacist-AJ, right away to review and discuss additional vitamins/supplements. He was honest, he was through, and he was patient. I received my meds and supplements 2 days earlier than what AJ had suggested and everything was clearly labelled on the packaging as to which meds I was taking and when to take them. A week later, I reached out to AJ to discuss my mother's medications, and again he was amazing to deal with. He was flexible with my mother providing consent verbally and also made her comfortable by speaking to her in her mother tongue. My only desire would be to see the packets be FULLY biodegradable, as they are currently a polyurethane/cellulose blend that is not recyclable in the city I live in. The idea behind PocketPills is a great one, and something I was very excited about, but on a number of occasions we were disappointed, and let down with the services provided to us. Our first frustration was the non-stop, unending text messages we would receive, day after day. There is a fine line between keeping us informed and spamming us with text messages. We even called to get the "extra" messages stopped and were told, they can't adjust this. We then found PocketPills had a number of internal system and policy issues within their company. There is a definite lack of communication between their staff, and calling one night does not lead to the correct actions the next day. Even when dealing with Supervisors, issue remain and escalate. It appears issues are not limited to just working staff. Here is our latest, and last experience. We found that our new benefits provider did not cover all our medications, so we called PocketPills on the phone when they were due to be filled, and advised to only fill those covered 100% under our plan, the agent advised she would send this to the correct department to sort this out, and agreed the order would be sent the next day. Two days later we didn't see any order ship, so we called again, this time to find out what is happening. The agent advised, she was unsure what happened, and would make sure the order goes out. The following day, I received a message our bill was over $300, so I called to speak to a Supervisor. She advised she didn't know what happened, and would get the order out right way, which would take 2 days to get to us, over a weekend and find out what went wrong. The supervisor advised that she could see all the notes and information on the computer, but could not explain why all these issues were taking place. I was happy she could help and finished our call. The next day there was a charge on my credit cad for over $300. I called the same supervisor back again, and she apologized, unsure why we were charged, and offered to refund the purchase right way, which put us in to "over limit" and we received additional fees for this error. In return, the supervisor said she would provide a credit note or gift card for all the problems to help cover the costs we encountered from our credit card provider, and it would be emailed to us pretty much right away. Four weeks have gone by with nothing. No credit, no apology, no further word of any sort. This further demonstrates the internal deficiencies and systems issues plaguing PocketPills, and some of the risks to their customers, just on a financial front. She also advised in her phone call, that there were coaching opportunities with staff she identified after our initial call, but obviously, due to the nature of business, she could not share them with me, rightfully so. Being a health care worker, I have responded to many patients who had drug errors, and this is a very dangerous thing. If PocketPills is having such a difficult time with their policies, and systems, with the inability to get orders shipping and billing correct, what could happen with filling the medications they package and dispense. Errors in health care are unforgiving of errors and can be down right dangerous. I would strongly urge everyone to give a hard second thought to using PocketPills as it may cost you dearly in money, sanity and your health. Their staff are friendly, and nice to deal with so this is not an insult to any staff, but the company it self with their failed internal operations being in such disarray, I'm not sure if they can truly deal with their customers needs.

Not hassle-free! Bad bad experience. Pocketpills is not “hassle-free” as they claim on their website. Their pharmacist got dosages for my meds at morning and evening wrong. Then Fedex lost my package and it did not arrive until a week later, with all dates and dosages incorrectly packaged and printed, rendering them useless unless I re-sorted all. Had to return package “to be disposed of” (what a waste!). Went back to local Walmart pharmacy and they charged the exact same $ for all my meds as had Pocketpills, accurate and ready with a smile in just 20 minutes. So much for the 15% savings with Pocketpills.

So far so good. All the staff are super helpful at making sure you get the vitamins and prescriptions you need with the correct times and dates. It is super helpful that they come in pill packs (no more sorting myself!). AND it is much cheaper than my old pharmacy, plus free shipping! For sure recommend to anyone who must take multiple pills.

Best way to get your meds! It was easy to sign up for both my husband. When I had questions, I called and was quickly speaking to a real person who was able to answer all my questions at that time (I called a couple times with more questions). I have been able to chat with an agent or pharmacist on the app and I've also been able to text them. The dispensing fee is less then some other pharmacies and comparable to others. No only do they direct bill to the insurance, they also coordinate our benefits so we pay nothing at all. And they deliver free, right to your door! I will never use a traditional walk-in pharmacy again if I can help it!
