First time ordering with them went smoothly, so I tried a second order on March 10th. This second time it reported shipped within a few days, but they called me a week later (after it already said it shipped) to say "actually we can't fulfill the order we originally said we would, how about 33% less medicine for 25% more money?" I agreed and it supposedly shipped on March 24th -- two weeks after the initial order.
Today is April 16th, more than 5 weeks after the original order, so I called to ask if I could track it (my order price includes a $9.99 shipping fee "via USPS" it says right next to it). I was told they couldn't track it, eventually I was given a tracking number (but they couldn't figure out the shipping carrier).
While on hold I was able to Google the carrier (via AfterShip.com; turns out it was shipped via DHL eCommerce Asia) and found it shipped from Singapore and last tracked in Germany 5 days ago. The woman returned to the phone to tell me it shipped from Turkey, but that tracking failed because it's been over a month (despite telling me it shipped on the 24th, and today is the 16th). I informed her I found it already, it shipped from somewhere else, etc. At first I thought I might have the wrong package, but it's marked as shipped March 24th and going to my zip code.
I asked if they could release the year-long prescription I sent them so I could get a refill of the medicine while I await their package (if it ever comes). No dice. So basically they left me without my blood thinners, without my money, without my prescription, during a pandemic, and without a path forward.
The only reason for two stars is they didn't botch it the first time.
