Searched all over the country for a supplement that is on backorder and found it listed for sale in Coal Harbour Pharmacy's website. I called them and asked if they had the product in stock and they checked the shelves right away. They did have one bottle in stock, and asked for my name so that they could hold it for me until my order was placed. I was so delighted to find someone in Canada with the supplements in stock, but then was even more delighted to see that shipping was free on my order! I got my package today (less than a week), and it was sent by expedited post. I am VERY happy with the service I received from Coal Harbour Pharmacy. Thank you so much.

They are amazing and with one flaw I have decided not to ever buy from them again. Although product line, service, knowledge is amazing the main owner (?) refuses to wear a mask and protect us all. Can't understand this as seems such a decent chap. So... sorry to say this but if you value your health don't go there. Thanks for your reply outlining that mass are on consistently except of course for times when staff is on a break or lunch etc. Unfortunately I've had at least six experiences where this is not the case and while the staff is terrific and ever so helpful I still have a concern for my other safety and my evidence is different than your statement.

I've been going to this neighborhood pharmacy since 2017, and have never been let down. Always treated with compassion, with excellent service levels. This is what healthcare should be about. And on top, great pharmacy selection with lots of naturals:) Best customer service I've ever seen. The staff here are so kind hearted and I always leave there with a smile on my face. I went to this pharmacy because shoppers wasn't opening till 9am and I had just gone to the walk-in clinic next door and gotten antibiotics. I had two prescriptions filled and they charged me $11.99 EACH as their service/dispensing fee! Most incurances only cover up to $3 for this - which means I paid a lot out of pocket for these meds. Disappointed with the price but it was ready in under 5 minutes.

This pharmacy is great. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve always been welcomed kindly and asked if I needed help. When I have asked for help they immediately come from behind the counter to show me directly what I’m asking for. Also, they are a compounding pharmacy and have all the natural and naturopathic items we could need and also regular drugs. I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy and will come here at every opportunity.

Ran into this place while out strolling from my nearby hotel. Plenty of products available including natural herbs and remedies. The lady working was very helpful, knowledgable, and willing to retrieve all the information I required to assist me in my purchases. This place is convenient as it is located next to the doctor's office. But they do charge a large premium for all the prescriptions they fill. I have found them to be 10% to 25% more expensive than the Shoppers around the corner. They also do not accept refunds, even on unopened bottles despite their written policy.

I called them to ask if they could transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that is more convenient to me (location wise) and was told by a male pharmacist to let the pharmacy give them a call instead. Which they did literally 2 minutes after. Then Coal Harbour Pharmacy decided not to answer any of the pharmacy calls or my calls for 15 minutes. And apparently this has happened to many other patients trying to get their prescription faxed from Coal Harbour to somewhere else. It is ridiculous that during this pandemic I can’t choose to go somewhere closer to me. They couldn’t care less about my comfort and convenience and that is DISAPPOINTING. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Exceptional Service! I called to check the availability on Iron supplements that showed out of stock online. Someone called me back to say they are in stock and I could order it online. I was able to do that right away. They fixed the inventory online. I received an order confirmation and received my product the next day!
