Pharmacist Ian Trembath provides the best pharmacist services I have ever received in my entire life, hands down, no exaggeration. In addition to his breadth of pharmaceutical knowledge, what sets Mr. Trembath's service apart from others is that he truly cares about his clients. He has repeatedly gone beyond what one normally receives in terms of client care and support (especially in chain pharmacies). He also has a fiendish sense of humour, and is a bit of a Renaissance man in his out-of-job interests, so you can always expect very interesting and stimulating conversations with him as he accurately fills out your prescriptions. Lyndsay and Mel are also pleasant and delightful to deal with on the phone or in person. But all those add-ons aside, if you want pharmaceutical service and care that can truly make a difference in your life, I cannot give a higher recommendation than Flatland Drugs. I realize that this review may sound like a paid endorsement, but it is freely given by a real, very satisfied customer.

Best drug dealer in town :) All joking aside I have NEVER had anything but caring, prompt and excellent service at this pharmacy. Ian and the staff there truly take care of my needs as If I were family and knowing Ian he would say that's because you are family. Highly recommend this place for your medication needs.

Excellent, accommodating service. All my (new) drugs are always explained thoroughly, including common side effects and how to handle them. Friendly and fast over the phone and often recieve and fill my scripts via fax before I even get there. Couldn't be better. Immaculate Pharmacy.

Everything is explained so well, they take their time, and are beyond friendly and accommodating! Bonus of having local artists work available to look at/buy while you wait! I love it.
