I am in awe of their professionalism,courtesy as well as product range. They care and it shows. Edit: I think I need to mention that I am neither a friend/relative to them and nor am I a regular customer, yet this business went over and above excellent customer service.I had made a simple online query about a product which is not available anywhere(Lysol wipes). They made it a point to remind me each time their stock arrived. Also, since I had missed the opportunity to get it once (of my fault,not theirs), they reserved 2 from the next stock. They went out of the way knowing that I stay far and take a bus. I still couldn't make it on the day committed due to an injury,but they held it on for me. They weren't required to show such sensitivity and compassion for an unknown customer who maybe going there just once due to the distances. This I call is unparalleled customer care- Guys whether I can be a frequent customer or not, but the standards you have set for quality service and my experience with you will stay with me forever..I am a fan of your business and I have already told all my friends, if they want to experience that human touch and not the "robotic customer service" Pharmasave Lacoste Pharmacy - is the place. I needed to get my 2nd covid vaccine shot this week. I am an essential health worker & registered for waiting list in the 5 near by pharmacies including Lacoste pharmacy. To my surprise, they got back to me very next day, that they have vaccine appointment available for me in the afternoon. The place is 3 min drive from my home. The pharmacy team was very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. I've been to this pharmacy before and Pharmacist Brar is very friendly and helpful. He takes the time to explain any information that needs to be conveyed. Today, I received my first dose of the AZ vaccine. The whole process was very easy from the online booking system to actually receiving the shot. Hardeep was the pharmacist who helped me out today with the vaccine. He made sure that I was comfortable and prepared me for what to potentially expect. Simple, Welcoming, Excellent Customer Service! If you are looking for a place that is straight forward does not try to play any gimmicks and give you a hard time, look no further! After going to several compounding pharmacies, I came across Lacoste Pharmacy thankful. They explained all the medication to me clearly, did not overinflate the prices compared to others.
