This is my go to pharmacy! The staff is very helpful and all the pharmacist are the very patient. They guide with over the counter pills too! They are quick to process order with minimal prescription fees. Staff here speaks multiple languages. My dad has a language barrier and he gets treated very well! I have always gotten great customer service here even during busy times. They even deliver pills!! Great service overall!

My experience with the Kensington Pharmacy has been excellent. They always have my medicine ready on time and make it seemless for pick up. The staff is very knowledgeable and always there to answer my question. Moreover, they very friendly and I definitely recommend this pharmacy for any medical purpose. The manager and staff are excellent. Kudos to them!!

The worst customer service. The staff members need to be more professional, if someone have booked an appointment for their test your staff need to serve them properly don treat them like a junk or headache. The guy who was here this morning doing rapid test was so rude and he made me to wait for half n hour as he have booked my test for 11 am. This is hard time for everybody not only for you guys and you are getting well paid for your work not doin charity here so keep your attitude with you.

Faced misbehavior from the staff on being asked the reason for such a long wait time. He responded as if he was doing me a favour by dispensing the drug. They charge $11.99 fee just to be rude and insulting towards their client? I still thanked him for his service. I have reported this misbehavior to Pharmasave head office and if I don't get to hear from them, I will be reporting the misbehaviour incident to Ontario College of Phamacists.

The pharmacist has no concept of what customer service is. Rude and doesn't know how to apologize. I'm put on hold for 10 minutes and I call back and they pick up right away and don't even apologize for putting me on hold. Then they tell me it'll take 10 minutes and I get there and they don't have the product in stock and again NO APOLOGY. Learn how treat your patients better. I won't be back.

The pharmacist in this location did not give me my booster shot because she told me I am not qualified because I had mixed vaccines, astra and Pfizer, after waiting for more than half an hour. Very bad experience from this pharmacy. Shoppers drug mart is better.
