Nisha and her staff take great pride in their work. They are genuinely friendly and always treat their clients with great care and professionalism. They have often done all of the leg work in contacting my health benefit provider when confusion arises with a new prescription. I couldn't ask for better service than Nisha and her team provides.

On numerous occasions Nisha has displayed the utmost ignorant and unprofessional behaviours over the phone AND in person. As a drop in client, I have been neglected for obvious over the counter chit chat, not once nor twice but multiple times. I avoid coming to this pharmacy for this reason, it's never a pleasant experience! I've had emergencies where aid was needed and I have called in and spoken to Nisha the head pharmacist and was coached to take more than the prescribed dosage, I was reassured my renewed prescription was the same as my previous. After further investigation with my family doctor asking penetrating questions as to how a mix up could be possible or if a change was needed, Nisha failed to inform me of a reformulation of my prescribed medication. A thorough check of the medication bottle itself showed *new formula*, this oversight caused major trauma that could have easily been avoided. The new staff have jumped through hoops to try and aid every encounter, however I still rate this pharmacy only two stars as the leaders lack adequate customer care and efficacy.

We have been using this pharmacy since our doctors moved to the same building. Nisha was our first contact and you couldn't ask for a nicer, kinder lady. We are treated with utmost courtesy and will take time to explain anything you want. If you don't use this pharmacy, why aren't you? The courier driver is awesome, during COVID-19 he puts the bag between the doors and rings the bell. I cant even get the food delivery people to do that.

If a Pharmacist cannot explain when asked what's the difference is between OTC and Px for the same name drug AND replies by saying its the law, cannot educate the clients further about the differences in medication, is a pharmacy not worth going to and should really relearn bed side manners. They should not take customers for granted.

Worst experience ever. They don't care about your health. They just want their money.My doctor made a mistake in writing the quantity. Initially I didn't know. I was lucky that I said it is too expensive , I went to Costco for same medication. They figured out that there is some kind of typing error and top of that it was over the counter $5 pill. Just one pill did the job. They were about to give me 90 pills for $131. You do the math. When called she said I didn't give them chance to explain. I wish there is zero star for them. I believe pharmacist should be able to figure out if something doesn't make sense.

Have been with this pharmacy for many years. Great staff, great service. They notice the changes of medication on your record and go extra mile to ensure you understand the impact and any side effects from changing medication. They also remember medication history of my kids and myself, which make me feel I am in good hands. I will never switch pharmacy as long as Nisha is still there.

Very disappointed. My doctor sent my prescription refills through 2 weeks ago. I called the pharmacy several times for the past week, trying to find out if they were ready for pickup. I was told they were checking, they would call me back. I never had a call back, each time. So I called again this morning, and was told they are ready - but due to limited business hours (understandably due to COVID) they were closing at 5pm and tomorrow is Canada Day. So I rushed from work to urgently pick up my medications. So, the stickers on the boxes and bottles says they were filled on June 9/2020. This could have potentially put my health in jeopardy, waiting unnecessarily, when the medications were sitting there, ready to be picked up. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I’ve had my rapid COVID test on Wednesday January 5 and 3 days later I’m still waiting for my reports.. been calling them daily for reports and they tell me they would send me in half an hour.. today the manager (NISHA) gave attitude to me and said she would email in another hour or so and then hanged up on me..

came here to get an asymptomatic test for work with my boyfriend and they’re whole system is confusing. i got a text telling me to come into the pharmacy to check in and then the lady at the desk told me to wait in my car and call the clinic. when i called i was hung up on, then when calling back i was told to come into the clinic for my appointment where i was once again redirected to my car to wait for a call from them. my appointment was supposed to be done 30 minutes earlier and i wasn’t told that the both tests together were going to cost 100$ before even making the commute. i’ve done rapid tests before that haven’t costed nearly as much.

Me and my husband got our first and second dose of Covid Pfizer vaccine from here. They were very quick and polite. They gave us all related information and answered our queries well.
