Staff is condescending and does not respect the privacy of customers- excessively loud when describing my medication and what it is used for. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but each time I went in to pick up a prescription there was a different issue- they forgot to fax the doctor for a refill and then didn’t have anything ready despite my phone call a week in advance. There wasn’t an apology or even a sincere bit of empathy. Because of the poor quality of professional ethics, I began to dread having to pick up a monthly prescription- I suggest you select another pharmacy.

I was calling this pharmacy and no one picks up the call and sent them an email and it went to someone who is not authorized to receive. The pharmacist was yelling when i have asked him why the telephone calls were not answered. I dont recommend because of poor quality service but right care for the patients which is very critical and i doubt this is happening as of today.

The pharmacists are always friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. In addition the staff will often call with a reminder that a refill is due and have it ready. All I have to do is pay and collect my meds.
