dr amira francis is entirely unhelpful and declined to get me a referral for a biopsy stating that everything is closed and i should go to my family doctor or an urgent care clinic instead to take care of it because she’s not taking any new patients. her assistant had referred me to get an ultrasound last week and the results were sent to doctor francis, who wasn’t even present. the assistant actually called her and put her on speakerphone to speak to me. she was very dismissive and very unprofessional. I ended up calling another clinic that I’ve never been to and emailed the ultrasound results, within an hour they put through a requisition for an ultrasound guided biopsy at the hospital. google her and you will find i’m not the first, second, or tenth person to complain about her lack of professionalism, care and service. avoid doctor amira francis at all costs
