I placed an order online and had to email a few times for an update with no response (8 days). I finally called and they apologized and said it would be sent out. A few hours later I get an email saying it is on back order and they would ship once it arrived. I responded to the email saying I believe the product is discontinued and to send any they had, if not refund me. 6 days later still no follow up. I called again and they asked if I got an email to let me know the product was discontinued, I said I emailed them telling them that. They again apologized and said that they will refund me. Fingers crossed they follow through.

The best pharmacy in Mississauga . I was looking for supplement called Mushroom lion’s mane for memory support for my elderly relative I couldn’t find it anywhere . I called this place village pharmacy . They told me That’s the supplement is available . I was very happy I drove to the village pharmacy I got the supplement was 30% off for thanksgiving discount . And I got organic collagen peptides the price was amazing for organic supplement The stuff very friendly and professional . Thank you guys for making our life easy and healthy . thanks ????

It's a wonderful place and great products. And the great thing about it, you have specialist (homepath) helping you to choose what product will be good for you. The specialist is available for few hours every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Honestly it's a big WOW for me. For all Natural lovers I strongly recommend Village Pharmacy and hopefully you feel better.

The ladies are always patience and willing to help you. They have great resources of vitamin and supplements that are good quality. I go there for the Metagenics line of products plus knowing they are near is even a bonus. You have to make sure to pay for parking because the parking officer is nearby but there is a plaza not too far that I park and walk to the store. They allow limited people inside plus you need to hand sanitize before going further once inside.

Needed an emergency prescription, so had the online doctors call it into this pharmacy, as it said they were open until 5pm. Go to collect it, turns out the 'Pharmacy' part of the Village PHARMACY isn't open; no information on Google to say this. So I get to be in pain for another day.

The pharmacist is amazing as well, once rushed an order for me because I had a crying two month old in my arms - I offered to come back the next day but he insisted he would get it done to help me out! I used to like ordering online from the store. Sometimes they had really good prices for supplements and vitamins especially if they had a sale. I never had a problem until my latest order. Eight days after I ordered I contacted them wondering where the shipping confirmation was. they said they would look into it the next day. The next day I received a shipping confirmation. When I tried to track it it was still an electronic label which means it had not even been picked up yet. This was 9 days after I ordered online. I contacted the store again saying that I was very disappointed that it had taken almost a week and a half just to ship my order and that they had had my money this entire time. Instead of receiving an apology they quoted their shipping policy to me which is unreasonable and internal. It said that they had up to 5 days to assemble an item. They took almost 7 business days to assemble my order. When I tried to point this out the employee said that assembling a package and shipping a package were two different things. Trying to say that taking 9 days to ship an item is reasonable is ridiculous in the real world. I note from the shipping policy that once an item has been shipped one cannot get a refund on the order. they sent the shipping confirmation to me before they even answered my question over whether or not the item had been shipped so now I can't get a refund and order from somewhere else where I will get the items that I need for my children faster. This is dishonest and disgusting behaviour. I will never be ordering from this company ever again.

Great selection, but I can't trust their pharmacist's advice regarding drug interactions. I asked for something for energy and listed my schizoaffective bipolar type meds, and came home with a $40 bottle of multivitamins. Before I opened it, I saw the label says right on it in bold "do not use if you have bipolar disorder, mania, or depression." I am quite disturbed and concerned of what harm this pharmacist may be spreading. I'm sure my family would not appreciate me having another psychotic episode requiring hospitalization again these days. I "thought" they appeared more knowledgeable than the Erin Mills location.

Extremely appalled at the the very aggressive tone and mannerism utilized by the employee named Jack at the Lakeshore location. Phoned to inquire about an online order from two weeks ago, in which I was not provided with an order number whatsoever. I was continually brushed off by the customer service line and was verbally harassed and degraded by Jack on two occasions within the same day. Jack would not let me speak at all and explain the fact that I did not receive an order number from the store. Throughout the conversations, Jack raised his voice, verbally offended and belittled me stating that I was unable to read the original receipt which did not contain the order number. Jack then proceeded to cancel my order without my authorization and then Jack hung up on me on two occasions. I am completely disgusted by Jack's vile and disrespectful tone and actions. I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism displayed. After 20 years as a loyal customer, this company will no longer be receiving my business.

Worst service u can imagine, Calling the pharmacy over a week, they don’t give me any answer where is my medicine, why is not getting delivered, Then they say we will call u back, No one called. Left messages for pharmacists, Fahd , he never responded. Every day I call them they put me on hold for half an hour and hang up, Talked to so many Sidra,Fahd , Donna,, Christine, Rayan and so many people they said they will call me , but they never. Worst service in Canada.Im going to call BBB or send them the whole story ,just see what happens tomorrow .Then my next step is to contact OCP.
