Genuinely helpful pharmacists. I used to use another pharmacy but once last year they were out of one of my medications, and all they could offer was "Try another pharmacy". After calling several and not having any luck, I finally visited this pharmacy while shopping at Fortinos. The pharmacist took the time to explain that the medication was backordered and it was unlikely that any local pharmacy had any in stock. He advised that I call my doctor and ask for a substitute, which seems obvious but no other pharmacy had bothered to suggest that. This has been my pharmacy ever since. Yes they are busy and sometimes take a while to get to you, but that is true of most pharmacies these days.
Once again they messed up. I have to have a certain b.c because other don't like me. I asked to be called last Friday when I stopped of the script . ....what do ya know.....they don't have the amounts needed....is it to hard to call people? Apparently.
Today friendly and fine on the phone requesting a renewal be ready.

Allways I went second day to oick my order. I wait min 30 min, not only now with Covid-19 but before too, and still they put me wait because the order is not ready. They do not have any control at what they do . I'll move from here.

Great Service. Great Staff. Pharmacist really helped out with our very complicated situations and gave us multiple solutions on how to proceed with the current situations. He went above and beyond expectations and really knows his stuff. Shout out to the Pharmacy Manager
The staff are incredibly helpful, they know you by name & they will bend over backwards to make things work for their clients/patients. The owners are very knowledgeable pharmacists & great with advice.

I always call ahead to refill a prescription but always end up waiting when I get there. Employees aren’t the friendliest especially over the phone. I had a question about a refill and the person who picked up cut me off immediately and didn’t even let me finish my question. She proceeded to talk to me in the most hostile tone and told me to have my prescription sent else where in the future. The most terrible service ever, will not be returning ever again.
Been calling them for like an hour. They don't know how to pick up the phone. When they do I hear dialing then put on hold, then they hang up. Honestly.... Context 9 store directory 118 pharmacy. After 1 min of elevator music it goes back to Superstore directory.
**HORRIBLE**Horrible service doctor faxed everything there at 4 pm they. We went there at 5pm they didn’t had it ready asked to wait for 30 mins we came back still not ready picked it up at 7 pm

Do you like your time being wasted? Do you like to have managers be condescending to you? Then this pharmacy is just for you. Extremely slow service here and they don't answer their phones. After multiple attempts to reach them I eventually had to get the store manager involved to help me get a hold of the pharmacy. Even with the store managers help, the pharmacy still did not contact me. Feeling frustrated. I went in person to discuss my concerns with the pharmacy manager (Pouria Jalily), I asked for my prescriptions so I can deal with a pharmacy that will have better customer service. He did not want to listen to my concerns and was happy that I was willing to go somewhere else. He did not provide me with my prescriptions and advised me that my new choice of pharmacy will have to contact them directly to receive my information, he then tells me good luck in a very sarcastic manner. Go somewhere else for your pharmacy needs.
The pharmacist told me they don't sell needle tips and I can't order needle tips. I thought legally they were required to provide needles. ???? Unreal
Staffs are nice however a long waiting time most of the time.
I dropped my prescription off on Thursday and I went back on Monday and they made me wait 10 minute's and then made me wait 10 minute's again which is just horrible, but then they told me they do not have the medicine and sent me back. After all that waiting they just told me to go somewhere else. Do not go here it suck's, and their staff is very rude.
They are consistently slow ....it might be an idea to hire more staff to mitigate those conditions.
Their service is ridiculous and they are very rude. They don’t have the manners how to talk to the customer. I will suggest everyone not to go there. I will not go to this pharmacy ever. I would give them zero rating if their was any option.
Extremely poor and very unprofessional,My prescription was wrongly filled twice, do not go there, you can make a mistake once but twice on the same prescription and rather accepting and apologizing I was told that why didn't I check it.... Wow they tried to cover up there screw up with arrogance. They play with people lives so be careful everyone....
I wish I had read the reviews prior to dropping off my prescription. I experienced long waits in line to drop off my prescription, and longer waits in line to discover that it was not ready, some time after they said it would be and at that point was told it would be five more minutes, not to get back in line, and they would call me. I had to leave to pick up my toddler from school 15 minutes after that, without my prescription, so require a return trip to pick it up. Very unhappy with the service here, I will not be returning. Edit: I finally received my medicine, but was charged more than 5x what the same prescription cost at Shoppers Drug Mart exactly one week earlier, therefore I will have to expend even more of my personal time in order to resolve the billing problems.
I used to work at this pharmacy in high school when I was 17 years old. The pharmacist, Khalil, threatened to punch me in the face when I asked him what a prescription said because I couldn’t read the doctors handwriting. I brought this to the attention of the lead pharmacist, Wakid, as well as the pharmacist technician April. The incident was brought up to Mr. Dewe, who owns the independent grocer the pharmacy is located in and Mr. Dewe said that he knew Khalil was off, but that I would still need to work with him (alone on weekend shifts) if I wanted to continue to have the job. Additionally the pharmacist, Khalil, used to take the medications people would bring in to be disposed of. I’m not sure what he did with the drugs, but he would take them from the bin in the back and put them into his bag to take home. The entire staff was aware of this and we had to start dumping water onto the medications so that they were ruined.
Come here if you want the managing pharmacist Pouria Jalily to be extremely condescending to you when you try to express you've been trying to get a hold of the pharmacy since Thursday and today is Sunday. We asked him for our most recent prescriptions to be printed and he said it must be requested by another pharmacy to them. Then said good luck with that. Did not try to hold our business. The store manager told us 4 people called in sick and this is a regular issue. He also told us they're 500 prescriptions behind. No one ever answers the phone. Although you've provided your extended health on multiple occasions and nothing's changed... They still can't figure it out and try and charge you. Been looping on hold for 1 hr and 30 minutes. Will be changing pharmacies. Update: It's been 1 week, the new pharmacy had called everyday to have our prescriptions transferred but of course no one is responding. I called the store manager of superstore twice who said they emailed the manager of pharmacy however nothing had been done.
SLOW SERVICE. 5 people working on site but made me wait more then 15 minutes in front of counter with line of another 3 behind me.

One of the worst experiences ever: almost no other customers but even so I had to wait an incredible 90 minutes for a bottle of Peridex oral rinse ! Their explanation was...they couldn't find my doctor in the system (?!). A nightmare...Stay away, try a London Drugs,Shoppers,Walmart pharmacy, stay away of these idiots at all cost .
They are never on time with prescriptions. I’ve had multiple experiences where I would drop off the prescription and they would tell me it’s going to be an hour. I would leave and come back the next day and the prescription still wouldn’t be ready. I’ll definitelt not be coming here anymore.
Very bad service always delays your prescription
Slow, slow. Worst service ever. Extremely rude pharmacists and incompetent staff.They are just chatting to each other and dragging their feet doing nothing. They wouldn't even lift a finger to help the line up. It always takes more than an hour to fill up even the simplest prescription. Waited more than an hour and a half for eye drops and when I came back to pick them up , they weren't ready. Absolutely useless.If you value your time, look elsewhere for a better service.
Rude employees wouldn't ring through single item despite no line at all. If there had been a line I wouldn't have bothered but he was just standing there.
Terrible customer service. Terrible wait times. Called one hour prior to coming into to pick up a medication and the person who answered the call said it was ready and I could come any time. Show up exactly one hour later and it was not ready and on top of that they didn't have enough to fill the entire prescription. They also did not tell me it was not covered under any insurance plans. They asked ME to tell them who I spoke to. There were literally 3 individuals it could have been and they were not taking any ownership of who provided the incorrect information. If I did not already have all my medications tied to this pharmacy, I would not go here - EVER.

The amount of mistakes that come out of this pharmacy is shocking! They won't take responsibility for anything and seem to expect their clients to know and understand all the intricacies of health care. Isn't that what a trusted pharmacist is there for?
Highly unprofessional and poorly run pharmacy. Clerks and pharmacists are chatting away, not filling prescriptions thus the long wait times. Plus my simple prescription was ready on the counter for a while but the front counter is empty. Stay away from here!

They gave my prescription to another customer and charged my health care benefits. The person called me and had all my personal information. I didn't even call to have the prescription filled, so how does a mistake like that even happen? You are not able to call, no one answers. They lost my prescription one time. I went online to fill the prescription and went in after three days and they told me they didn't have it. Not a reliable pharmacy at all.
I've been going to this pharmacy since it opened. I've found the staff to be kind and helpful. It's true that the staff is behind the counter filling prescriptions and answering calls. Unfortunately, that's what needs to be done. When I read the nasty reviews, l have to laugh at those idiots who believe they're special and want to be waited on. Be patient and kind and wait your turn.
This pharmacy is possibly the worst one my family has ever been to. We have been with them for years now and they forget medication more often than remembering it. They forget some of my moms anti-rejection medication which prevents her transplanted organ from killing her, and upon letting us know they have certain meds of ours ready, they do not give them to us when we go to pick them up. When we call to ask about it or say that it was an inconvenience, instead of being apologetic they are extremely rude. I do not recommend this as your chosen pharmacy as they are not diligent or professional at all, and they really don’t care about the customers.

Very disorganized department. Definitely requires an in-house review to set up systems where customers can monitor if their prescriptions are ready for pick up without waiting in line for up to an hour to be told that items not ready for pick up.
PHARMACY: I have been given medication that was expiring in 2 months so I was told to use first. Well, I got it mixed up and when I took the expired medication back, I was told they couldn't replace it because the owner/pharmacist was not in. Should never have been given it in the first place. Finally got new meds . Dropped off a prescription and said I would pick it up later the next day. Not only was it not ready, it had not been submitted to be filled. (What?) Dropped off prescription and picked up the next day but they didn't have all the pills so they owed me 68 pills out of the 100 but the clerk said I had to pay for it all and come back in 2 days to pick up the rest. I didn't want to pay and wanted to not pick anything up until it was filled. The clerk said I couldn't do that. Okay, so went back 4 days later and they didn't have it. Not only was that frustrating but the clerk thought it was funny and couldn't stop smiling. I asked her if she thought it was funny and she couldn't even reply. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. He said he spoke to her about her attitude (ahh, when was this because I never heard anything) but did not ask her to possibly say she was sorry.... So, they will put in another order with another supplier and phone me when it arrives. Not quite good enought and I will be pulling all my prescriptions and going somewhere else.
Profesionsl, polite treat me as value customers. It is little bit wait time like everywhere else. But tbere is opportunity to order your medicine by the phone and nowait time

Worst service ever. I faxed my prescription 2 days earlier and it was not ready. It took them another hour and a half to finally get it ready.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero. I came to drop off my prescription and the Pharmacy assistant named Anmol said can I explain about your medicine in Punjabi I was shocked that he asked me to speak in Punjabi and said no I can speak English and he kept on insisting to speak in Punjabi and again I said No because I’m fluent in English and being born and raised in Canada. Pharmacy train your assistants properly they have no right to judge someone when they are speaking proper English. I’m never going to this pharmacy.

Considering they have a full staff today, this has got to be the slowest pharmacy ever, takes more than 40 mins to fill a prescription where other pharmacies take only between 15-20 mins.
ALWAYS slow and incompetent service. Arrogant pharmacist on staff, and I’ve stopped coming to them. I would give them my script, get told 45min-1hr and would never get my script before 5/6hrs often being told to wait again for an extra 15min. Of course it was never 15minutes more like 30-45minutes. When I finally could pickup my script I would tell them I have had this script several times before, but would still try and call the pharmacist over to give me instructions; how ridiculous!
I do not like this pharmacy, the waiting period is to long, custumer service needs to improve and they need to increase their supplies.
