An east-end staple. There's lots of lovely gifts, and Kelly's probably has the widest variety of orthopaedic and mobility supplies. Prices are comparable to big stores but the specialty stuff sets it apart.

A very ‘Ok’ pharmacy. Positives: location, gift section, bag-tags, post office, small-town feel, delivery options Negatives: over-priced, unreliable automated prescription refills, crumby hours of operation, very long waits (sometimes weeks) for prescription fills, pricey dispensary fees, often rude and patronizing staff. One of the better pharmacies in Belleville.

Horrible communication and organizational skills, told me my medication will be ready in 20 mins gave them 30 mins to find out it will take them 2-3 hrs. I pick up my medication told me I need a consultation I wait 10 mins with no one ever coming. I ended up leaving because my day has been wasted waiting on them. On top of it all I was only provided half my medication and have to come back to get the other half!

Overall quite happy, they forget to call sometimes but generally they are very quick and have accommodated last min compounding mixture prescriptions even though they generally require 24hrs for such prescriptions.

I have never seen pharmacy like this one. Lots of employees, but customer needs are ignored. I will never go back there and will not recommend them to anyone!!!

Most of the staff is extremely rude and unhelpfulI. I cannot express just how unfriendly the staff is. The only reason I go in is to use the postal service and it's a nightmare every time.

Kelly's is a little hidden gem. They have more than a pharmacy, they have a postal outlet (that's consistent and friendly when weighing/charging your packages) and they carry a variety of items in store. They have a gift area with unique finds and baby items as well as children's items including Melissa & Doug products and much more. Definitely recommend taking a peak!

If you look a certain way, some of the staff will utterly disrespect you. I've never felt so condescended toward by a part-time minimum wage hag who's never had any aspirations in her life.

I use the pharmacy here often as well as buy garbage tags, use the post office and buy misc items. Cute little gift section in the Store as well. I find the staff all to be helpful and professional.
