The old lady working in the Canada Post Department is so ignorant with no IQ. I went to send money with Moneygram, she said they don't do that. I went to a different Jean Coutu and they did send my Money by Moneygram. Not only that, I Had to refund my CERB to the CRA (on their web site they said I can return in any Canada post outlet, so I went there and this same lady said they don't do that and the other Jean Coutu scanned the bar code that CRA sent me and I was able to refund to the CRA. It seems that they just had pity on this lady and hired her, but her knowledge is 0 out of 10.

I have been coming to this particular location (Cote St Luc Mall) for many years, every couple of months i spend 200$+ on face creams and skin products, in the past the service was great, but now .... disappointing. Before, there were women working in the cosmetics sections that are knowledgeable and helpful - every time i would spend 200$ they would give me samples or the gift that comes with my Biotherm products - it’s little stuff that made me buy my products at the store and not online - service. Today i went to the store to buy my products, 1) i had to chase after the ladies working in the cosmetics to ask a question, 2) there was a free sample box (that they advertised) with the purchase of 40$ of Biotherm products - i spent 200$ On Biotherm products and i had to ask for it - the person was not aware, i did not get any samples. I no longer have an incentive to go to the store to buy my products, from now on i will buy online from the Biotherm website. Overall disappointing service, will not buy cosmetics there anymore.

Pour ces raisons et bien d'autres, j'ai fait comme bien des gens et j'ai changé de pharmacie. Finalement, la semaine dernière, j'avais pris rendez-vous avec l'infirmière qui se présente à tous les jeudis pour effectuer soit des prises de sang ou des injections diverses. Moins de 24h avant mon rendez-vous, un commis de la pharmacie me téléphone pour me dire que l'infirmière ne sera pas présente et que je dois reporter mon rendez-vous. Il m'offre de reporter le rendez-vous au jeudi d'ensuite, ce que j'accepte. Aujourd'hui, j'appelle à la pharmacie car je ne pourrai me rendre au rendez-vous de ce jeudi et la commis me demande mon nom et l'heure de mon rendez-vous. Lorsque je lui donne l'information, j'obtiens comme réponse «à qui avez-vous parlé pour la prise de rendez-vous? votre nom ne figure même pas sur la liste!». Je crois que ce fut ce qui mit un terme au reste de confiance que j'avais envers cette pharmacie.

I got tired out the poor attitude I get from the pharmacy. I figured it was an employee with one bad day, but I have received on several different occasions the same treatment. I heard similar stories from people from community, so I assume I'm not the only one. The service was great here a few years back, but it has gone down-hill since then. I switched to Pharmaprix which was a complete contrast compared to this Jean Coutu. Staff was friendly and courteous towards any unique situation I had.

The most disrespectful and uptight environment in this store is the beauty section. The staff clearly discriminates against both age and race or simply having a bag. I’ve been accused of stealing just by looking around with some friends. A undercover security guard was following me the whole time and on my way to pay asked where i put the stuff i supposedly ‘stole’. (Original) La pharmacie est très désordonnée, il n'y a pas de communication entre le personnel de la pharmacie, ils m'ont appelé dans le matin pour me dire que mon ordonnance était prêt et que je pouvais aller la reprendre, quand je suis arrivé là-bas la personne qui a reçu ma demande m'a envoyé à un autre fenêtre pour reprendre mon ordonnance, j'ai attendu pendant 15 minutes, quand je lui ai demandé la personne préposée si elle me pouvais me livrer mon ordonnance, elle m'a répondu qu'elle n'était pas prête, j'ai attendu 5 minutes plus, et j'ai demandé encore une fois, j'ai lui expliqué que j'avait recu une appelle , elle est allée à l'endroit où tous les ordonnances etaient prêts et avec un sourire elle m'a dit "ahhh oui, elle est lá", j'ai attendu plus de 20 minutes pour rien, apres la préposée m'envoye à un autre fenêtre pour parler au pharmacien, j'ai attendu encore 10 minutes, et le pharmacien n'est jamais arrivé à me donner les indications. Cést innaceptable attendre beaucoup de temps just pour recevoir une ordenance qui était prêt depuis le matin. Le manque de communication est clair entre le personnel et le désintéressement qu'ils montrent vers les personnes qui attendent par assez de temps. Ce n'esta pas le premier fois qui cela arrive.

Every time I come to the cash I am so nice to her and she just gives me that rude look and act's all like she really doesn't want to be there and she is doing me a favor that she serves me. Every single time we go there there is an issue with med renewals. Every time! Fun one this time - I need to take 400mg of B2 a day - I filled my.month presc and got 60 capsules (each capsule is only 100mg). That's it. That's not a month. And it was 20$!!!! I can get 120 on amazon for 12$. What a rip off. The time before they filled a new presc twice and forced my husband to buy it because it was already filled even though I didn't need it. Waste of more money right there. I literally only go there because IGA is near it and my husband can do one trip out because of covid. When you call to try and solve an issue, you get hung up on repetitively... if they even answer the phone... and when they call you they don't even pay attention when you say hello? The girl was talking to someone else about her Friday night plans last time I got a call. For an entire minute I yelled hello into the phone... she didn't even apologize. How effing rude. I never have these issues at the branch on Somerled - they know how to treat a customer right.

As an example: Last Saturday (Jan 9 2016 - if someone from management team decides to address the issue), I was at the cash checking out few bottles of nail polish I bought as a present for my daughter. A friend shared a harrowing experience where the machine beeped as she left the store. It is understandable that store personnel directed her to stop and open her bag-pack. But even it became clear that it was machine dysfunction, instead of apologising for inconvenience, the store manager haughtily went back to work. There was no promise of a repair, no clarification to fellow staring customers. Instead the staff who were gawking so far, went back to work as if nothing happened. This is one of those instances where an instance of profiling is just too inexcusable to ignore, but falls right below the radar of actual lawsuit. I would suggest the owner to train their staff better and please get that machine repaired.
