The owner Brian Fitzpatrick has an overgrown ego and thinks that he can treat everyone like we are all below his greatness . He was very rude and made someone i work for cry , she has autism, and he treated her like she was not a human being , and when i ask the man who to speak with to make a complaint he told me with proudness that he was the owner . I told him he did not need to be rude that he could simply use a little care when adressing my client , he completely ignored what i said and he asked me if i still wanted this prescription or if i wanted to go elsewhere , that he would be glad to transfer this file to another pharamacy.
