If I could give a negative star review I would. For the last couple years I have used the Canada post outlet, and each time, it was like they are trained to be slow, and encouraged to create a purgatory type environment. Today I went to make a Amazon return and was greeted by a woman who can only be referred to as “Karen” and was by far the rudest person I have ever met in my life. All I wanted to do was having a return label printed off, something I have done more times than I can count, but this woman straight up denied my request. I was told, she doesn’t know how, and straight up refused to help. She told me to go to UPS and have them print it off and bring my parcel back. I then explained that the cashier at the front has always been the mail clerk to do this for me and asked her to call her over. I was then told, she doesn’t know who I am and that she has never printed anything for me, and there is nothing they can do. The attitudes of the employees was disgusting, and I was pretty much called a liar to my face. Needless to say, it is people like this that are making Canada Post a failing institution. I will never go to this rexall again, and I plan on telling every person I know to not go to this store. I have never been so frustrated in my life dealing with people who have zero customer service skills, not to mention the sarcastic demeaning attitudes presented. As I was leaving, another customer knocked over some product, and the cashier made a comment, “sure knock everything over,” to which I went back and said excuse me, and she apologized and said, I thought you knocked over a display…just the sheer ignorance. This store should be ashamed, no wonder so many of them have had to close. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

In a career choice that is a window between front line clinicals and the general public I would assume client care would be a primary mandate in providing assistance in health management. And customer service / over-all politeness is a part of this. I am unsure why pharmacist / pharmacist technician assistants don’t think that customer services is a part of their job. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of kindness and over-all pleasantries that this staff ever shows. It very disappointing

Very disappointed - they present themselves as a major chain but the reality is that they struggle to perform as efficiently as they should. Because of the location I found it was closer to get my wife's many prescriptions there - but the first few times the "blister packs" had to be made up there were issues. Then when I became ill I found I required some medication that they said they could "compound" but instead farm it out to some of their other branches - twice resulting in at least a day delay despite having a 5 day lead time. As far as what is on their shelves, buyer beware and ensure you check the expiration dates.

This pharmacy is usually ok never have an issue getting my prescriptions however I’m disappointed that their hours online don’t match the store hours. I went there for nothing tonight hoping I can get some suture tape for a bad cut and wasted my time had to go somewhere else. Just be aware they are only open until 6pm not 10pm.

So the regular guy that works here is alright, but this relief pharmacist is a disaster. Kept calling repeatedly on Saturday morning and I swear they were just picking up the phone and dropping it. I had had a previous negative experience with this lady, and so this time she chose to ignore me completely and not even make eye contact. A completely unprofessional experience.

Bought a cream that helps for scar. After using it for few weeks realized it was expired in 03/2019.... Andi the manager wouldn't return or even exchange it. Told me to contact Mederma. I understand the return policy don't allow open box return, but you guys sold me a 2 year old expired product. That's not having customers needs in mind at all...

Went to Rexall to buy some NYX HD Powder. There was a tag that said it was 50% off on clearance so decided to buy 3. Went to self checkout and was scanning at full price. I went to the regular checkout and asked about the sale. They called over a supervisor named Michelle who went and looked at the NYX display and pulled off the tag and coldy told me it was different UPC and she couldn't honor the price. Now, I manage a retail store and I know full well if a product is marked as the wrong price you should honor that price. She wasn't friendly or understanding at all and I almost felt like she was assuming I moved the tag in an attempt to fraud the store. In the end I bought one powder instead of 3 but when I got home I couldn't get over how poorly the situation was handled so I went back to the store and returned the item. I really don't think I'll buy anything from Rexall again. The store is close to my home but it's more expensive than other stores like Walmart or London Drugs. With the poor merchandising and customer service I received, I'd rather drive a little further for better prices and customer service.

This neighborhood has numerous local small pharmacies as well as major Canadian chains to choose from. They are all very active and thriving. This US pharmacy, empty day and night, seems out of place.

Update: Male pharmacist here is still awful. He sighed and rolled his eyes at my partner who was there to buy insulin. Why is he in a huff about doing his job? It's a step up from the nearby Shopper's. The front staff are usually friendly, and one pharmacist in particular has always been great. But there's a male pharmacist working there who is exceedingly arrogant and rude. When I asked a question he replied "I've never heard of it" with an absolutely perplexed-as-to-how-i-could-ask-such-a-question look on his face. I was there for some necessary items in preparation for a procedure. I'm so sorry to have been an inconvenience to you this evening?...

This store helps the spread of COVID-19 through a gross lack of teamwork and on-the-job incompetence. This comes at a time when we all should be limiting our time spent in public areas. Postal clerk would/could not provide refund after their own error, forcing me to enter a new lineup at a completely different store to seek help with correcting/completing my original transaction (parcel shipment). This is not the time to tell the customer that you are not accountable for your errors and give them no choice but to leave post-payment without the service they required! Manager Dan should acknowledge the importance of effective postal service since we cannot visit our loved ones, return their belongings, give gifts or sentimental items in person. Please re-train, or re-hire.

This location is always very clean and organised. Very convenient location for bussing and a large parking lot when driving. The staff is always friendly and the pharmacy is pretty quick! There's a large selection of candy and snacks as well as all sorts of cosmetic and health products.

Poor customer service! Was here April 9th roughly around 5pm-520pm. Was going to purchase an item that I thought was on sale cause of the pricing, but it wasn't on sale when I got to the till... I told the cashier it says on sale where I got it... but she says, "its probably different item." As a customer, the store/person in charge should make it right.. but she didn't. I even showed her where I got it and what the price showed.. and she says oh it's not for that item the label is in the wrong place.. Ok well then it's not my fault, usually when the price label is placed at the wrong place they usually apologize and fix it but still give it to the customer for that sale prize... but she said no it's not on sale... therefore that ticked me off, and I asked for the store number, and she was questioning why? So i told her why, and that's when she says, "Would you like to talk to my supervisor?" I told her, "No, it's too late, you should of had proper training and you should of thought of calling your supervisor if you ain't sure, don't go making the decisions.. Like I said bad customer service, I'm not coming back, used to be good customer service at this place!

I have been using this pharmacy since 2008 and haven't used another one since. The staff is very friendly and informative along with Bob who will go out of his way to help a patient. There have been times when I was unable to make it to the pharmacy and Bob personally delivered my medications to my home when the delivery service was unavailable. I live all the way out in Kitchener and will happily go out of my way to use this Rexall Location, Aka Canamera Pharmacy. If you ever need a prescription filled, then use this pharmacy!

Very disappointed. Have shopped at this pharmacy many times over the years, as it's well stocked, in spite of higher prices. Yesterday I had a problem and needed a restroom right away. No public facility, but front checkout cleared use of "employee's" restroom, and called to back to advise them to open the door. Waited 3-4 minutes, then repeatedly knocked with no answer, though 5 staff in dispensary area w/in 10 feet. Went around to RX pickup area twice to ask for help, and tall middle aged woman brusquely said no public use. Advised already approved, and by whom, and returned to rear door, where I waited another 2-3 minutes in great discomfort. Back to RX area, and younger male said he knew nothing about it, and I should return to front of store. Having waited 10 minutes, I advised staff of its outrageous and inhumane attitude and conduct, and assured them that my wife and I would never return. I trust that many of you readers will have the same reaction.

Last Saturday I walked into the pharmacy while it was quiet and received a flu shot despite not having an appointment. Today (Saturday) I brought my elderly mother who walks with a cane to get a shot. The pharmacy was completely empty with at least three people behind the counter. I was told she couldn’t have one as we had no appointment. I could bring her back November 16 th. The Rexall website states that it’s preferable to make an appointment in order to observe COVID precautions but that walk-ins are accepted. I’m still not sure why my mom was denied a vaccination when I was given one the week before with no issue. It seems a ridiculous to let a senior wait a full month for a vaccination when no others were in the store and the website says walk-ins are accepted.

They don’t even deserve one star at this point every single time I come in there you have to wait 1 to 2 hours “come back later they say” I was in a hurry and it’s close to home so I stopped in today the lady at the Prescription drop off was on her computer and couldn’t even take one second to say hello I’ll be with you in a minute. She just kept typing away ignoring me for over five minutes I will pick up this prescription it will be the last prescription I pick up at this place. I used to work at this store for four years one day quit and moved on but when I come in as a customer staff rude and I bought pistachio a nosh brand that was expired wanted to exchange I didn’t have receipt but was given such a hard time exchanging at the end I got the exchange but after this experience I will not go back not even as a customer if they are treating past employees like this what to expect for customer I know they won’t care about my opinion.

I was impressed by this pharmacy. It does not have a huge cosmetic counter but has the basics and a decent selection of goods and natural health products. Management recently did a return for me after 30 days which meant a lot to me. Front staff are very friendly which is often a sign of people enjoying who they work for. The professional pharmacy staff include customer care in their service delivery which is increasingly rare in big name pharmacies.

This pharmacy is amazing, we had our COVID-19 vaccines scheduled on different time for my family, and they took us all together and saved us a lot of time. They are very accommodating! The location entrance during pandemic is closed directly to the pharmacy, you have to go through the mall entrance, which was a bit confusing, but no fault of Rexall on this.

Since switching to Rexall we've had non stop problems. They forget to fill prescriptions even after repeated phone calls and speaking to the pharmacy. When picking up prescriptions they don't have enough supply so I have to make multiple trips there. Myself and my children have gone weeks without meds (needed to be taken daily) because they "didn't come in". When we've complained about the ignorant blonde that works in the pharmacy that has gone to the extreme and called us names for asking to speak to the pharmacist because of new medications that my kids are on, we were told she's sleeping with the head pharmacist so she can treat customers how ever she wants. I'm not leaving my family's health in the hands of people who show you that you're an inconvenience even though it's their job to fill prescriptions and council for new ones. Since we've switched pharmacies we haven't had any issues with Metro. Customers are not an inconvenience. Prescriptions are literally your job.

This place is well stocked and there’s a lot of stuff in such a small store. The shelves are clean and organized. I appreciate that the aisles are split in half so i don’t have to walk the entire length of the store to find something. Cashier is not as friendly as she could have been. She does not really make eye contact nor smiles nor talks in a kindly manner. At least she reminded me to use my air miles card or else i would have forgotten. The other staff person is nicer though. I was having trouble looking for a few items and the stock person was happy to help me find them. Pretty helpful in that area. Parking is easy to find with lots of free parking spaces right outside with a 30 minute maximum. It’s almost as big as the overcrowded and often full plaza on the other side of the block. TIP! There are a lot of items with sale signs that looks heavily reduced but in reality the regular price posted is over inflated to look like you’re saving a bundle.

This is an AWESOME pharmacy. Not only did my pharmacist remember my name after meeting me only once (I'm not even joking), but all of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. There's been a few times that I've run into hiccups and problems with my perscriptions because I recently moved here from Ontario, and they have extremely helpful with getting everything sorted and making sure I have my medication. Five stars. You will never need to go to another pharmacy.

This by far is the worst pharmacy in Brockville. They r incompatant, very unfriendly and have no sense of urgency for their patients. I am not one to complain but this is supposed to be one of the best. So far i have not seen anything good about it. Something needs to be done about this location. He has no business being in this profession. Had I read the reviews before choosing this location, I would have gone elsewhere. I question the cleanliness of the equipment he uses. They have a large cosmetic department, but no big name luxury brands. Not sure if they have a point or loyalty system.

Just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for both the continual professionalism and the added compassionate personalization. It means a lot. Best pharmacy experience I've had in decades. Been getting prescriptions filled here for years. If I ever have to move, I might still go out of my way to keep using this pharmacy. Big thanks to these excellent women.

The service is a joke. Almost all of the employees are rude. I switched pharmacies because of this but also they’ve tried switching my Rx without me knowing, not informing me about it, trying to give me generic brands when I’ve specifically told them I only take one brand for a specific medication. I also called to see if I had any refills left because I ran out of of a Rx and my pharmacy was closed, and after calling three times with the phone just ringing, I got through and the man who spoke to me told me they were busy and he couldn’t check in an extremely rude manner. He didn’t offer to call me back with an answer or apologize that everything was taking long. Just kept interrupting me and was speaking very rudely. I hope they either refresh their staff or shut it down.

I paid a good amout today Oct. 8th around 1pm at the pharmacy and I bought some store items. When I was leaving The senior store cashier treated me like a thief, investigating what was in my bags?. "Anoying situation" . They don't have security cameras? I had a really bad time and a horrible customer experiense . That woman didn't provide me any reasons neither apologized. I'm so upset!

I tried for three years. Feels like thirty. This is the most disorganized pharmacy one could imagine. Only once in three years did they get my adult son's prescriptions done on time and correctly. Every other month there was one problem or another, excuses, new promises to get it right. Now I'm done. I am looking for a new pharmacy. It is really too bad, because Rexall is one block from my house but I can't keep going through this, and much worse - putting my son through being out of medication almost every month. Why did I stay with them for three years? I guess I love to give second, third and 25th chances, but enough is enough!! The staff are friendly and doing their best, but something must be broken in the system somewhere.

Went to get a prescription, and the lady told me to come back in 10 min. i came back in 25 min, and the lady told me it hasn't even been 5 min, and told me in an angry manner that waiting there doesn't help her make the prescription faster. so i came back 20 min later. then the other pharmacist gave me my medication, and told me that any questions about my prescription would require a longer wait time. RUDE PHARMACIST LADY. 40 MIN FOR A PRESCRIPTION

We decided to come here to fill a prescription for our daughter as it was on our way home and I remember receiving good service here when I was a child when it was IDA. I dropped off the prescription and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned in 15 minutes and was told it is not in stock, that it will be here by the next day before 3PM, and that I would receive a call to come pick it up. At 3:30PM the next day, I called them because they did not call me. After a few minutes on hold they came back to tell me it didn't come in. We just wasted 24 hours for no reason. I will not return to this pharmacy and I will not recommend it to anyone. Everything appears to be more expensive in this store and the price for the prescription is $10.00 higher than elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time here. Take the few minutes to drive up the road to another pharmacy and actually receive proper service. Thanks for wasting my time and pushing back my daughters treatment by another day. UPDATE: Went in to get the prescription back to take to another pharmacy. No one apologized, the old lady at the pharmacy was even more dismissive and rude in person than she was on the phone. She didn't even look me in the eye when she handed me the script. Avoid this place. There's plenty of other pharmacies around within a few minutes of this place that act in a professional manner and aren't an absolute mess inside. UPDATE 2: The owner responded with the same response they give every other critical review. No, I will not be calling you or emailing you to waste more of my time "discussing" it with you. My complaint is here for all to see, including you. What will you do if I call? You can't even apologize in person, nor on the internet. Stop with the insincere responses and manage your store properly. As your client base ages out, you will eventually need to close because the majority of people these days read online reviews and won't subject themselves to such horrible service for a premium price. I'll say it again, there are multiple pharmacies within minutes of this location. Do not give this store your business. Go elsewhere.

I am giving up on this pharmacy today. During the past two years I've had a lot of prescriptions sent by two different doctors. Every single time they never seem to have my prescription information even though my doctors assured me they've sent them. Today I will have to ask my doctor to resend my prescription for a third time for simple refills. I've never had issues like this at any pharmacy. If it was once or twice, I could understand, but this has been too much. They didn't even have my medication and I have to wait two days for respiratory medication. I've even recieved rude service at the post office there. Not good at all since it's my neighborhood pharmacy. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I've been to this Rexall sadly on a couple of occasions the first bad experience I had was when my daughter needed an aerochamber they were out of stock in the size that she needed and said one would be in the following day I showed up first thing in the morning and they told me it had already been sold my daughter was only 5 months old at the time we ended up going to Shoppers Drug Mart and they had had it in stock multiple of them. They asked me every single time if it's my first time there and if I have insurance which the information has already been placed into the computer they have told me on several occasions when I have been there that my insurance information was not in the computer my most recent experience my daughter was given a steroid for croup she accidentally spilled the medication and when I asked if I could get some more they refuse to give me anyting my husband also picked up medication for me which I was unfortunately unable to take and they would not return my money to me the pharmacist and other Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and in my personal opinion downright stupid I refuse to go to this Rexall any longer and I would advise if you were able to go to a different Rexall or even a Shoppers Drug Mart to do so

Completely disappointed with the pharmacist he wouldn't even get up from his desk to help me with a medication selection for my infant. I went up the street to the shoppers, they were so much more helpful, they even did some online research to make sure we were doing the right thing for our child. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Me and my sister went here today to ask for the balance of our gift cards that we get from our aunts.. The cashier, it hink she's filipino is not smiling at all and not very welcoming. She helped us tho but in a rude way. Second scenario is, while we were looking for something to buy she announced on the entire store for calling the attention of the security to scan the isle where we at, like we're going to steal or something, which i believe is not proper and very humiliating. To preface this review: I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with front of house and the post office at this location. I have had a terrible experience with the pharmacy here over the last week. I dropped a prescription off on Saturday that had to be ordered in, and was told I will probably get a call Monday afternoon to pick it up. The pharmacist working had a very unwelcoming demeanour, and made me feel as if it was a hassle to deal with my request. I did not get a single smile or welcoming glance during this interaction, or when I came back for my in-stock prescriptions. Not a good feeling when choosing a new pharmacy, but I left hoping it was just an off day - we all have them! I called Tuesday afternoon to see if my prescription was ready (since I had not heard back Monday as expected), and the person I spoke with said the prescription was not on my file. I told her I had dropped it off Saturday, and was put on hold. She then found the prescription, and told me it had not been ordered. She apologized, said she would order it that afternoon and I might get a call later that day. It is now Wednesday afternoon. I called again, and they still do not have my medication. I asked if they would get it in this afternoon, and was told that the employee “does not want to promise anything”. I have been waiting an extra 2 days from what I was originally quoted, and have been struggling without the medication while the pharmacy has me waiting. I understand that mistakes happen, and I genuinely hope this is not a common occurrence at this location. Any one of these instances I would have brushed off, but the combination of forgetting about/misplacing a customer’s prescription, and the poor attitude of the pharmacist have ensured that I will be going to a different pharmacy the next time I need a prescription filled.

My husband and I put our names down on the waiting list for a Pfizer booster shot on the 3rd of November. We are both over 50 and have underlying health issues, and thought that by adding our names early we would be close to the top of the list. It is now a few days before the holidays and we have been bypassed and never contacted. I called the pharmacy to ask what was going on but was told that there were hundreds of people on the waiting list and there was nothing available. I don't think the pharmacist quite got the idea that we had waited so long, only to be let down. We have now placed our names on another city waiting list and won't be able to get a vaccine booster until January unless a pop-up clinic arises in our neighbourhood. Thanks so much for letting us down Rexhall.

I like this place and the staff and what is offered. They've always been nice and helpful. However this is my main pharmacy and I pick up prescriptions quite often. It's really annoying and disheartening to have to constantly remind the staff of a name other than a legal one that appears in a patient's file (in brackets or in lowercase letters). It's there for a reason and it appears on the file, the prescription, and on the medication bottle itself. Not everyone goes by their legal name and the option to have another name appear next to it exists because of this. Canada has a very diverse population and I understand deadnaming or misgendering accidentally coming from other staff in the store. But as a pharmacy and healthcare professionals this should not be happening. There needs to be more education and training around this issue not just at this location but at every place that deals with healthcare stuff (Rexall and others). I'm definitely not the only one who feels this way and I know others in this neighbourhood who also voiced this as a concern.

The reviews by jason chen and dawn smallridge need to be removed. They are management level employees, this store is pathetic if it can only get good reviews by having management place false ones. The pharmacy is not faster, staff reductions mean wait times are longer. The store is dirty and so many things that are marked as on sale go through as full price so check your receipt before you leave.

I don't typically even shop here, but I do occasionally when I am out with my mother and aunt. Today I got (what I thought to be new) covergirl foundation and it expired in January! They had this specific brand on sale and a few others aswell which I can only assume are expired too! Ive contacted covergirl directly and am waiting for a response but the employees of this store should be making sure the products they sell aren't expired, foundation has chemicals and once they separate it makes it more likely for you to get an infection or have a reaction from it! Hopefully they can pull old products from their shelves and restock with new products... Might I add that the makeup was on sale probably because they knew it was all expired and wanted to make as much money as they could ! I broke out sooooo so badly because of using the coverup and it took weeks to clear up and Ive been dealing with excessive acne off and on since. I haven't dealt with acne for about 8 years so I'm really disappointed in the fact they couldn't care less about their customers and just want to keep selling their current stock rather than have to throw it out!

When I moved to Brantford, this was the closest pharmacy, so I took my prescription there. They wanted to change one of my drugs for some reason and needed to fax my doctor. There was no delay at my doctor's office as they emailed me the following morning, however, 24 hours later, it was going to be 'a couple more hours'. I got my prescription back, took it to the Shoppers Drugmart at Henry and West and they filled it in ten minutes, no questions asked.

I love this store. Over the years I've gotten to know the staff, especially in the pharmacy, and they are a great team who tend to my every need. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering or needs an outstanding pharmacy. The staff there are knowledgeable, super helpful and very friendly. However...they now have new pharmacy staff, and it's chaotic. I gave 2 days notice to fill my monthly huge order only to find it wasn't even filled yet on the date due. (I wrote to the head office and *DID get an apology by phone from the store*). (We always get better service during visits here!) Went to pick up prescription today at 10:30am. Was the only customer at the counter. One staff member was chatting with another (non pharmacy) staff member about School Closures... one was doing some kind of paper work. I stood there for longer than average before she looked up to greet me. (Don't know her name, tall lady with black hair, SLIP #555963, Till 1) From there on it was fine, but I was in a hurry and the staff seemed to be very leisurely. Granted, it's better than Shoppers Drug Mart (Eramosa) whose Pharmacy always has long lineups AND is a disaster in terms of customer service. (I worked my way through high school and University in retail so I do know what customer service should be like.) btw, I went to Rexall.ca to post a Customer Survey but could not find any section on their web site to do so.

They never seem to have prescriptions ready on time and the staff is generally impersonal. They make me feel like I am wasting their time. They have also made errors on prescriptions for dexamethasone (a heavy duty steroid) on three occasions. I am thoroughly displeased with the service on all levels.

Rexall pharmacy Guelph Eramosa road is a joke. They have know idea how to treat their employees. If I could rate it 0 I would. They fired me without any reason. Some of the employees are ok but the payroll system is worthless. This is Canada is it not?? Here we get paid to work!!! They have not paid me for 83 hours of work. I started work on October 15th the pharmacy assistant I was to learn from was an absolute grouch of a person. She was way to busy in her mind to help a new employee. Thanks for the worst experience I have had in a long time. In addition I have yet to be compensated for 83 hours of work. No nothing I didn't even get an employee number. I really hope this can be resolved Rexall. This is such I shame while that pharmacy has a huge potential to be great.

I did not enjoy my visit at the pharmacy today. My boyfriend went to pick up his prescription and the lady behind the counter kept asking if he had insurance. He said no multiple times. The way she kept asking if he had insurance made it sound like his prescription was super expensive or something and she wasn't telling us how much it was until we asked her. It was only $27!!! She could have just said the price of the prescription from the start after he said no the first time. She is very loud too. He tried to use his student insurance and she said loudly that the card was invalid because the semester is over. It's fine that it was invalid but she said it so loud other people around it. We don't even go to this pharmacy it was just closest one to where we were at the time. Definitely won't be back.

The Pharmacist Vishal was really helpful in sorting out a tough situation for me. I was having trouble in feeding my Two year old antibiotics tablet which was prescribed for her UTI. After I discussed this matter with Vishal over the phone, he took responsibility to call BC children`s hospital 5 or 6 times to get a new prescription for ***** suspension antibiotics for my daughter. it was really a life saver for me. I never seen any other pharmacist taking this much effort for their customer. I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate Vishal at Rexall Pharmacy on Fraser st. Vancouver for his effort that he made on that day . I will definitely recommend my other friends to go to this pharmacy for their medicines.

Nothing notable about the store itself, however the pharmacy has been wonderful. They have always ensured my medicine is made in a timely manner, and are quite affordable. Everyone in the pharmacy area is incredibly friendly and the head pharmacist (I can't recall his name) is very intelligent, helpful, and you can tell he go above and beyond with his clients and staff. I'm regularly seeing people trained in the pharmacy section which may be bothersome to people who are more worried about efficiency, however I feel it's wonderful a business is able to help teach those who are learning.

First visit to this store in a very long time, I'm ashamed to admit. It's clean, well stocked and efficiently run. I got a Covid19 booster here today and will be returning for a flu shot soon. The pharmacist wisely advised against my getting both today because of my age and medical underlying issues, though technically possible in a younger person. I appreciated the concern and caution. I think I might have found a new pharmacy and pharmacist! Thanks for today!

Makes me sad to write this review because i've been going here for years (Dell's was great!), but I am now deciding to switch pharmacies. I never write reviews either but I have had numerous bad experiences at this rexall location since the switch. Staff always seem to be pretty rude/short (not speaking for all staff, some are actually quite nice), no one EVER answers the phone (I've actually been hung up on as well), and no one seems to know what i'm talking about every time I refill my prescription days ahead. I've also had my doctor specifically fax my prescription over but this still was the case. Its very frustrating and there always seems to be a problem. Its also not a good look for them seeing as i've heard this from multiple people. After reading the rest of these reviews, it also seems to be pretty evident.

I went to buy some cold relief medication. There was no one at the front cash so I went to the back. Only one customer in front of me and she had at least fifty lottery tickets she was redeeming. No one bothered to call for another cashier so I just plunked the cold medicine on the counter and left. I'm never going to that store again. Horrible customer service.

Rexall's store in Colwood is a hidden gem in the Western Community.It is always very comfortable,quiet,clean,organized and laid back pharmacy and more with no huge lineups for prescriptions,flu shots,ect making it very stress free and comforting. The staff are diverse in ethnicity making you feel comfortable whom ever you may be or where you may be from. A young Asian man in the store went out on limbs for me when I had troubles with my medicine and the pharmacy manager Faraz ordered me a non generic medicine from Switzerland impressing myself and my doctor I once had a negative incident with a staff member at the old smaller store but this is a completely new store and staff now so I am eating 'Humble Pie' as they say because the new big store is awesome with new polite,knowledgable,adept, and wonderful staff making it the best for me. I also had my flu shot there this year with no wait,my 92 year old mother also was able to have a flu shot making her day and mine also Thank-You Faraz,Daniel and staff you are the best,you did all you could do for me and did it with ease,charm and class and a smile so please try the new location,you will be very happy you did especially if you dislike crowded little pharmacies in this time of the Covid 19 pandemic,I kid you not,they are NUMBER#1!!!!!!!!!!!

It says on the outside of their building that they do drop in vaccinations without an appointment, I go to the pharmacy department and walk upright to the counter because no one was in line, around or waiting for anything from the pharmacy. I ask if it is possible to get the vaccine. I was told I need to make an appointment and that they do not provide drop-in service even though they advertise that they do. Was told the earliest I could book was Sunday, the earliest I could get the vaccine was the 25th. I was already having second dose hesitancy before walking in and this situation of them not wanting to help at all or explain anything did not help.

Whoever the pharmacist working tonight is very rude and unprofessional. He basically throw the needle into my arm hardly and ask me to "hang around" for 15 mins but he never really count the time. After waiting for 15 mins I asked if there is any paper document for me to keep in record then he asked for my Covid vaccine record card because he thought I got the Covid Vaccine instead... This is actually very scary, how can I trust a guy like this to take care of my personal health... To be honest I totally understand here is a busy location so probably he doesn't have a lot of time to check on me but at least he should be professional.

This Rexall is terible, chronically late. If i could give it no stars i would. The staff at most times seem stressed and a lot of them (not all) are rude and rushed. Walmart is at least 15% cheeper and our prescriptions are ready when they say they are. They have been through a tonn of pharmacists and i really believe its the owners fault, i would hate my job if i had to work under her aswell. Save your money and time.. shop elsewhere. The store clerk read me wrong price on item, then told me its the teenagers fault for their store disorder - when evidently the store was EMPTY. When she told me it wad $4, I said your sign said $2.19. If you make a mistake, own up to it! Frankly, if youre in the business of selling, you should do your job and shelf products properly, not blame your customers for your poor work ethic and laziness. Else put a sign on your door, "No under 18 customers" or close your store!

The price gouging at this store is infuriating. I had been going to this location for over a year and was being charged $95/month for my prescription. Because this medication was new to me, I assumed that's just what they cost. I finally switched pharmacies after the horrible disorganization of this location and I went to pick up the SAME medication at another pharmacy and was charged $23!!! I've seen the pharmacist here yell at seniors that 'no, your doctor wasn't calling us- nobody has been calling us, we answer the phones' all the while the seniors are saying 'we were there with our doctor, trying to get a hold of you over the phone, we finally came in person...' and the pharmacist just yelled that they were lying (Instead of saying, sorry, we're so busy..how can I help you.) There's hardly any seating, I've seen people with mobility issues have to STAND and wait and be ignored because they're so understaffed. I feel so sad for the few employees who are running around, trying to do a good job because their boss/head pharmacist is absolutely awful. It's really gross that any pharmacy would be allowed to jack up prices on essential medications that much. Period. DO YOUR RESEARCH and shop elsewhere.

They do not have automated refill service over the phone. Called to ask, was transferred to the pharmacist when asking about automated phone refill service, waited more than 3 minutes and I hung up. Automated refill service is available at Shopper's Drug Mart and I am usually finished refilling our permanent prescriptions in less than 1 minute. I will stay with Shopper's until they have this service made available to the public at Rexall. I am very disappointed.

This is regarding the pharmacy. I’ve been going there for years. Since the male Indian pharmacist took over, it’s been a nightmare! He is rude and very unprofessional. I went there today to get my prescription filled. Ives had this same meds filled there before from the same doctor. He refused to fill the prescription because the doctor emailed the prescription. He can see it came from the doctor but he said the doctor has to fax it. I don’t see what’s the difference. Because if Covid, the doctor did a phone follow up and emailed the refill prescription. The pharmacist was rude and started to shout at me with attitude when I tried to explain to him his ignorance and question what’s the difference from a fax or email. Needless to say he then said he would fill it and call the doctor tomorrow. Spent a hour going through this with him. Save your time and do not go to this location to get your meds filled. He’s the most rude unprofessional pharmacist!

I was lining up to pay for my items and signs were everywhere telling people not to get too close to each other yet the employee just squeezes past one of the customers an inch apart. My suggestion? Their Pharmacy section definitely wants to make big profit on simple medication..comparing my medication which is normally about $25 but Rexall charges $42 also I purchased a doctor Scholl's Orthotics from here for $60 where as Walmart had them at normal price for $42? I'm not sure what's going on with this company. I can definitely tell the store does not fit the demographic for this area maybe you guys need to do a bit more market research as to your customers.

After being in emergency for 7 hours dealing with a severe groin injury and refusing any heavy pain medication for the reason I will be driving myself the 10 min drive home. Unable to walk without intense pain thought I would try the drive thru pharmacy. I was told it would take another hour . I came back 1.5 hours later to see my meds were still not ready. Here's the best part. The pharmacist felt I looked like I was high on heavy narcotics and not only refused to give me my already paid for prescription. But also reports me for driving while under the influence!!! After if not for the compassion of another employee that passed me my prescription after that #@$$!! Had turned her back who knows how much pain I'd still he in. Thankfully on my drive home I was indeed pulled over only to be put through a sobriety test. Which after completing it was abundantly clear I was far from intoxicated. Maybe looking a bit ruff from the pain I've been going through. So if staff happens to read this. I give a big thank you to the lady that has compassion in her heart . You are a beautiful human inside and out. And to the pharmacist yes the one with blonde hair and a pompous attitude and tattoo on your arms that may have once been recognizable as a flower many decades ago. You are a horrible human. You should be ashamed of yourself. You're in a profession of helping people.

So bad costumers service in the pharmacy, so rude and slow stuff, it's better to die than come back again to this pharmacy. Last night I asked my family doctor to send the prescription to the nearest pharmacy to me and unfortunately it was this one , the employee was so rude and keeps ignoring people , she told me that she need 30 min to prepare my medication I said ok but after 25 min she call me and start asking me about my ID to open a profile to me in the system and said it will take another 30 min so I left coz I was so tired and painful and I came today again to pickup it the other employee didn't find the prescription,,,,,,,,,, the rude employee and the irresponsible manager Throw it or hide it ،،،،،،WTF bad bad bad don't go there

The pharmacists here are so helpful and so friendly. They also provide really personalized assistance. You can tell they care about their customers. I am so glad I found this pharmacy. Also, they provide the best price possible. Really appreciated.

Worst pharmacy around. They are constantly overwhelmed and can't keep up with the workload even though there are almost always 4 people working. Even if you drop off your prescription, they hardly ever start filling it until you show up the next day. Their automated phone system will call you to say your prescription is ready and then when you get there that's the first anyone has heard of it. They can never find the filled prescriptions, almost without exception they are misfiled. Always a lineup. Flat out, they can never ever get their act together so we finally had to transfer our prescriptions elsewhere even though this would be the most convenient place for us to go.

Nichole (the pharmacist assistant) is uncaring, has a negative attitude towards her job and customers. She’s displayed very poor communication and interpersonal skills. Her behaviour is dreadful and the way she interacts with those picking up their prescriptions is disrespectful. Sad to see someone like this working in the pharmaceutical industry.

Pharmacy staff hide rather than serve customers. Customers are an inconvenience and annoyance, and they never get to know who you are, no matter how many times you are there. Fax prescription processing is slow and unreliable and requires the patient to expidite or it gets screwed up. Unfortunately, it's my well being they keep putting at risk. Switching to a smaller pharmacy and hope for something better. Shameful.

I spent over $2700 to get a lift recliner chair was told it would be a day or two it's now been just over a week. Cancellation is not available. So annoyed.Also I get medical supplies delivered to my house as I'm in wheelchair and they charge me $5.65 per delivery. What kind of company charges delivery on necassary medical supplies. Don't most pharmacies have free delivery. I did not hire your delivery staff why is it up to me to pay them?

Recieved the call pills were ready .... Show up still waiting 20 minutes later. They don't take your health serious enough. This was heart medication that's needed everyday it's now 1:30pm

After working a 10hr. Night shift I waited until 9am to collect my package. The package is no where to be found. The manager had the audacity to tell me to come back in an hour and informed me that they keep packages for 20 days. The fact that you are renovating it not the customers fault. Management should have make made arrangement to have customers property stored properly. This is not a one off experience either, i was their last week and they were just as disorganized.

Poor customer service. Don't know how to handle clients. Wanted to refill on pills and my insurance didn't cover. Pharmacist told me to come back in 10 days which I did. Now they tell me to come back in 2 days. Are they going to tell me to come back AGAIN. Will consider going to a different pharmacy after this and all of you should too.

I've never had my Rx filled on time and I receive bad customer service more than not. Either the staff are incompetent or they have too many customers. As a pharmacy with the highest filling fee in the city ($12.99) they need to improve their customer service. I will be taking my business else where. Wake up Rexall, you aren't the only pharmacy in town!
