Very expensive, more so than other pharmacies in the city. Very limited and over priced merchandise and the pharmacy staff are not at all friendly. They made me feel like I was bothering them when I had a question about a product . I only go there when I absolutely have to .

Treated horribly by pharmacy staff, lied to by pharmacy rep and when she was called out on her lie she again tried to backpeddle with yet another excuse.... not professional at all! Had to rate one star cuz cant rate a 0!

Very clean and cute little drug store. They have everything from medication to snacks to greeting cards and even some home decor items. Definitely stop in if you're in the area. Well worth it!

Terrible service from the cashier. Unfriendly, acted as if you were bothering her. Store was empty of customers and probably for good reason. She obviously doesn't like her job in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go back.

Call ahead, get your prescription within seconds. Safes time but a bit pricy, which ain't too bad for what you get. Keep up with the great jobs????

Horrible service, horrible accuracy by their pharmacy. Do not recommend going, go anywhere else you are most likely better off! I went to pick up a prescription and I walked out without the correct one. I was given something else and was told upon pickup it was what I came in for. Completely fooled until I checked the next day after being exhausted. I could of been severely hurt by this lack of attention to detail given a wrong drug that had a very negative side effect previously. The follow up for this was far from pleasant telling my doctor they simply made a mistake and telling me the opposite and trying to rip me off by a clearly error on their behalf. Worst experience by such a company by far.

I use this pharmacy all the time. It has a pharmacy, Drs office, post office and gift shop located inside. The gift shop has many unique items, clothing, purses, scarves and jewelry. Friendly staff.

In my opinion, this is the best Pharmacy I've ever done business with. They fill/refill prescriptions in a timely manner, & the staff behind the Pharmacist's counter are extremely helpful & pleasant. They go out of their way to be of assistance. Regardless of whatever question a person may have, your question is treated as important & not stupid. We don't all understand the ins/outs of medicines. The only small negative thing about this Pharmacy is that they are a little pricey. I can go to WalMart for certain things & get them $2-3 cheaper., however it would cost me that much in gas to drive there. Kudos to Pharmasave Simcoe. Don't fix what's not broken!!!!!

I have been doing business with this pharmacy for years...probably as far back as 2012. Always have I experienced friendly & helpful staff. Medicines are processed in a timely fashion & if I have any questions about the medicines especially if it's something new, the pharmacist is absolutely willing to carefully explain what I could or may not experience with the new meds. While it's true a lot of products are rather pricey, depending on what the item is that I'm interested in, it's not worth burning the gas to go to Shoppers or wherever. Thanks, Pharmasave for your excellent service!!!

A small plaza based store that provides good service. Pharmacy staff is always friendly and quick to process prescriptions. You get the feeling of drug stores of yesteryear rather than the large sterlie Shoppers Drug Mart experience.
