The best thing about Canadian Drug Mart is the amazing team that are always super friendly, always accommodating and have compassion for everyone that walks through the doors. I had a different pharmacy for my entire life and I was very unhappy with the service. A friend recommended the Canadian Drug Mart and from the moment I walked in their doors, I was more comfortable then I had ever felt at my previous pharmacy. They dealt with contacting my old pharmacy to have all my medications transferred over as well as any medical information they would need to assist me such as family doctors name, phone number and my current contact information. It was a painless process and just from those couple of interactions, I myself was already recommending Canadian Drug Mart to all my friends and family. This pharmacy probably has as many clients as my previous pharmacy however, they still keep it small, warm and provide really fast service. They don't abuse and change with the stores success. It hasn't turned Into one of those large, cold chains that have employees who are rude and act entitled for no apparent reason. Also as I said they prepare your prescriptions in minutes rather then hours later and will do anything to provide amazing customer service. I was heading out of town for a long weekend and remembered at the last minute that I didn't have enough medication to last the whole weekend. I called the pharmacy but it was not due for pick up until the next day which is when I was leaving at 6am. The pharmacist was so amazing and said that he would go in and open the store just for me at 5:30am, just so I would have the medicine I needed. In the end the pharmacist got dr approval to have it released the night before. He even had it delivered to me after the pharmacy was closed which is going above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. I walk in and always get a hello Ms Scott. I will be a life lone customer and will recommend Canadian Drug Mart to everyone I know.

Huge scam, walk in clinic prescribes meds and you ask for it to be sent to a closer more local drug store and they don't send it. Excuse after excuse to try and force you to use this pharmacy. This is why walk in clinics shouldn't be run in same building as pharmacy run by the same people.

We needed to get medications delivered to my mother-in-law and we were over an hour away so they set us up with home delivery and now we don't have to worry about picking up her medications. Very fast, very friendly and they saved the day.

Had a prescription filled here from the walk-in clinic located inside their shop; the pharmacist caught a minor mistake that was a simple overlook by the prescribing doctor and saved me a trip back in a couple weeks when the medication prescribed would have failed me. He worked with the clinic to get my prescription amended to something that would (hopefully) be helpful for the longer term. That said, the staff seemed very knowledgeable and was obviously out to ensure my well being.

Although your website says the clinic is operated by friendly caring individuals, the woman at the reception desk on Fri Oct. 26/18 was anything but friendly. I came in at 1:45pm to see about getting a script for antibiotics as a cut on my hand had developed an infection, and when I was finally acknowledged I was told very rudely "We are closed", and she turned her back to me. I responded that the site says open til 4pm, she spun around, glared and said "We have 8 patients waiting, we are CLOSED!". I asked for an alternate location, the receptionist sighed and said "Up the road", then turned her back to me again. 0% customer service, but if you want RUDE, you are going to the right place.

I've been using Canadian Drug Mart as my go to Pharmacy/Walk In Clinic for approximately 5 years now. Besides being professional. knowledgeable and courteous, everyone I have ever encountered there be it Doctors, Pharmacists, Receptionist are ALWAYS pleasant, caring and real. I have had a few chuckles and laughs with the staff over the years, that's important to me. At the end of the day we're ALL human...being able to joke around and have some laughs is a rarity these days...laughter IS the best medicine and the staff at CDM are quite adept at offering the BEST medicine!

I had been there earlier with a sign stating that the doctor wouldn't be in till 1130 ... Which is fine of course however once inside (@1135 btw) they then then mentioned that he wouldnt be in till 12/1230 ... Again fine...however I thought it'd be a good idea to remove (or at least change) the incorrect signage as to not misinform those arriving and a very rude up tight woman ... You'll know her when you see her was not only inappropriately RUDE but should probably look into another line of work as she hasn't a clue how to work with the public ... Not to mention the doctors whom she represents should be more then concerned she is the "face" of your company!

As I do not have a family Dr, this clinic is my go to if needed. My husband needed a Dr to consult yesterday - but as it was late afternoon , the Dr was booked- Leanne did her best and by some magic was able to call me back and have the Dr call and look after him . Leanne is amazing and I was very pleased with the effort she made to help us. This clinic has always been so great the few times thankfully that I have had to attend. Staff are professional and kind . The pharmacy is also very good - quite quick to get meds ready and price is very competitive which is great when one does not have a drug plan. Thanks so much for being in my neighbourhood and for being the best in Barrie !!
