Use this place with caution. 9/10 people on program are using, and usually high as a kite when there. The people working there don't care about anything and just do what they want. This has to be the worst clinic I've ever seen or been to, by far.

This is the least professional place to get help with any addiction. They can never be wrong or make a mistake. It is always the patient. There use to be four workers that is now two and they never make a mistake ever they will always spin it out to be you that made the mistake or the pharmacy. This is with out a doubt nothing but a money grab never make a mistake clinic. Travel to Peterborough or Belleville stay as far away fr here as possible.

Well considering it's a substance abuse clinic I shouldn't expect much, but I do unfortunately. Staff NEED, and SHOULD have the proper knowledge around addiction, and how to deal with that population of people's and there needs. Certain staff there were AMAZING!!! But there are some who just don't belong in that kind of work setting. Addiction, and mental health courses should be an asset to work for any methadone clinic. In my OPINION...
