The guy there had no knowledge of cannabis at all. I asked what the best Pre-roll indica they had was and he just handed me an iPad. Customer service is a 1 star, I personally wouldn't go to this shop again.

I do not like gouging. I ask you to compare the price of GMO cookies from Spinach 3.5g at Bancroft Cannabis ($42.69) and compare it to the underground ($23.99). This is common on the price list. I brought it up to them, and it seems to be because the THC is high. This isn't how the pricing works though. I hope pricing remains fair for the customer. I am not a fan of taking advantage.
