Ken was great but Kara lies and talks about your personal info with strangers! Good luck going there and be treated like a customer and not like a piece of meat! She is the worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with! Vindictive and rude! No personal values for customers just evil hate!

The pharmacy is conveniently located near my doctors office and a lab. The staff is very professional and helpful, making sure I understand the use of my prescriptions. They also regularly review my response to medications and I am able to better update my doctor with any concerns.

I'm in complete shock of the treatment I have just received from this Pharmacy since the past 4 days, It has never happened before they have been so amazing to me until this week, I have not had my medication delivered it's now day 4 missing my medication, that I should never miss at all not even a day, I have tried calling mmultiple times no response, yesterday I got a call from them saying they will bring it, nothing. No apology no concern that this is actually someone's life someone's health, unfortunately I'm starting to react to skipping treatment, I should probably call 911 to get urgent medication and consider changing pharmacies I'm really disappointed as they have never done this before, they have never skipped delivery before. Suddenly this Rudeness and negligence.

I never thought i’d be writing a review for a pharmacy but this place really stood out that i felt compelled to tell others lol. For some reason this location in particular has amazing customer service. Im not even someone that needs a lot of meds, in fact im pretty young and in good health so rarely do i ever need something so that alone should tell you how much this place left an impression. They really go above and beyond, and im constantly surprised by how friendly and attentive their staff is, even when i get different staff. They remember my name, even though ive had minimal interaction with them. They fill your prescription in a timely manner and have the common decency to call you to let you know if there will be a delay. And to top it off, today they delivered my medication to me the day before Christmas eve, even though i didnt ask them to, and even though i live across the street and couldve just done it myself. I wish every other business operated with such care, cant believe im getting this kind of vip treatment from a pharmacy!

Called to get cv19 Vax as soon as my age cohort was announced. First person I spoke with was unaware of the change so refused me. I didn't argue and started to search for another pharmacy. The pharmacist called back to tell me they were wrong and I could come right away !! Amazing customer service !!

Very Good Pharmacy . Fast and Good service . Staff is very nice . Has your doctor changed your medication and you have leftovers of your old prescription? Has your back pain improved, but you still have pain pills left? What do you do with all that unused or expired medication? Return it to this pharmacy! We were customers of this pharmacy for over a year getting prescriptions for the family. There was apparently a change in staff recently and to our surprise the pharmacist that was in charge today was not really empathetic with us. To a point that even having coverage, the pharmacist yelled at us saying that we did not have any, while asking us if we pretended her to pay for our medicine from her own pocket while hitting everything with the folder full of papers and saying that she already had too much work. We called another Medicine Shopper branch and they helped us not problem and our insurance coverage was good. Very surprising, frustrating and stressful experience. Just sharing here to make everyone aware that this is very likely to happen to you!

We filled out the form to be able to get my wife a vaccination. We filled out the form honestly and noted she is not 2b but did not that she is breastfeeding. They sent us a note right away and we schedule and headed to our appt. once arrived, we filled out the form and were confronted by a staff berating us about not being eligible. When we shared that we filled out everything honestly and clicked breastfeeding. We were scolded in front of the room and told to leave. Frustrating that due to their booking system, we had to put ourselves at risk to come in, only to be turned away in such a fashion.

Best pharmacy I’ve dealt with, always on time and have never had any issues. The staff are lovely and approachable about any medication concerns. I’ve been using the Brandon Medicine Shoppe for almost a year or getting close to a year and they’ve been by far the best pharmacy in Brandon. They even call me by name now when I come in, so nice and inviting :) thank you to all that work at the medicine shoppe for being so kind to me and helping with all my health issues or concerns.

I used to love this place but apparently ownership has changed, it's distant enough from where I live that I have to call to confirm my prescription is ready before making the trip and that simple process has been turned into a seemingly impossible arduous task. The one time I did get a hold of them I was put on hold until my phone nearly died under the guise of "looking through faxes for it", and after trying to call several times later I was met with no answer and a full mailbox. Needless to say in its current state this place is not okay, it's bad enough that even the process of transferring pharmacies is going to take me a while since not even the one I want to transfer to can reach them. Check the rest of the recent reviews here too, apparently I've not gotten the worst of it.

One of the vary few pharmacies that treats you as an intelligent human being, and not as a customer. They always go above and beyond! They take the time to talk to you about questions at length without blinking an eye. Everyone in the crew is super friendly and Lauren is SUPER knowledgeable which is GREAT for someone with lots of complicated questions like me. Would recommend to anyone that feels like a sheep/not taken care of properly at another pharmacy because they do it right.

I usually go to the post office at the back of the store unless I'm buying lottery tickets. My review is on the post office. When I go there it's usually not busy so there's basically no wait time or need to wait 2 or 3 minutes which is not much considering there's usually one ot two people working. The staff needs to find the parcel from the mountain of parcels they have plus other Canada Post services like money order or MoneyGram which takes a bit longer rhan usual. In my personal experience there was only 1 time I waited for more than 5 minutes before being served. I have good experience with this Post Office staff. Staff are friendly and speaks both English and Chinese languages. Tip....to speed up the pickup process please have a government issued ID with a home address on it ready. Also the ID nneds to match the name/address on the parcel.

Horrible discourteous staff. They are very slow and rude. My sister tried helping me pick up a parcel and even though it states clearly on the back of notice that anyone living at the same address and can provide a valid ID can pick up my parcel but they turned her down.

Lauren is the most wonderful pharmacist I've ever met she's taking such good care of me in the past 3 years. she phoned me to see what if I'm doing okay I've had many many epileptic medicine changes in the last 3 years and she never forgets about me she had. She has me on magnesium glycinate now because I suffer from extreme migraines that sent me to the hospital she has them calm down now I do not have to take as many rizatriptan pan as I did. Katie is the pharmacist assistants and she's there for me too I can phone in and and they will send my prescription out anytime I need it with I can phone in for my vitamins and they will send them to me as well they are the most wonderful Carrie pharmacist and assistant pharmacist I've ever met I will never change for them as long as I am in Calgary they are on the same floor as my doctor so I've never had anything more that I would want in doctors and pharmacists thank you for allowing this Elizabeth Corky

There are staff members that moved on and new one that have joined the team but Katy and Lauren are incredible, and With all of their amazing knowledge and unlimited compassion, I couldn’t ask for better service. During the pandemic, cleanliness is a must. When care is taken to meet the requirements necessary to make the store feel safe to shop in, pride in ownership is so evident. LITERALLY THE WORSE PLACE TO EXIST. RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ! ALWAYS ISSUES WITH PICKING UP PARCELS. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS IN THE PHARMACY BUT UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE OF WHERE MY MAIL ENDS UP. I ONCE SHOWED UP 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE STORE WAS LISTED AS CLOSING AND THE OWNER LOCKED THE DOOR IN MY FACE LITERALLY IN MY FACE. ANOTHER TIME STAFF WOULD NOT RELEASE MY PARCEL TO ME BECAUSE MY ID WAS EXPIRED - I TRIED SHOWING DIFFERENT CARDS ALL WITH MY NAME AND PICTURE BUT STILL NO. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC WHERE THE HELL CAN I GET IT RENEWED ?!
