So my experience has been alright. The only issue I have is they sometimes don't answer their phone for a few days. Which is not helpful at times.

My Meds are usually filled by the time staff say it will be. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate how closely the pharmacist is able to work with my doctor.

Some of the staff are nice. Some give way too much attitude. I dont overly appreciate being talked to as if i am stupid. My child needs daily medication and i think i know what is best for him. I dont need someone who doesnt experience this life style day to day give me attitude on not doing it the way they think works best.

I called and ask for delivery questions and this pharmacy staff named “jennifer” was rude. As a healthcare provider myself I will never treat my patients rudely. She needs to go for a training on how to do good costumer service. She’s there working because patients depends on her and expect good patient care.

I live in Red Deer,and,this is one of two pharmacies in the province that carry my anti-rejection meds.I have been dealing with them for just over a year.These guys are beyond awesome.Knowledgable,friendly,timely.My prescriptions are shipped Canada Post always within two days.Any changes by the doctors and they are on the phone to make sure that I have adequate supply. Thanks and stay safe,you guys rock

I agree with others would give 0 stars but have to put 1 to even rate. This rexall is terrible now, they make you order meds the day before and even when give 1.5 days notice your meds still aren’t ready! I’ve even called to make sure they are ready take the lrt down on my lunch and it’s still not ready! I don’t understand how this place operates- completely unreal!

Excellent to deal with! I've tried transferring my prescriptions to a closer pharmacy only to have my meds screwed up. I depend on my medications to keep me alive and have no problem driving the 60-70km to deal with the staff at the U of A Rexall.

Used to be reliable. For the past year it’s been terrible. Prescriptions not ready or not enough meds available to fill prescriptions. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

Staffs are rude, extremely slow and drag their feet. People in here are sick or their children are so how hard is it to have a smile on your faces and try and make someone’s day a little brighter? Prescription should be ready for now 4 days but have to wait 45 minutes without even getting a “we are sorry” or update on the situation. This is ridiculous.
