Horrible service!!! a rude lady told me that i can not get a refund until i pointed out there was " return and exchange accepted within 15 days" in their receipt!!! Also, the pharmacy charged me the price of 15% higher than Shoppers!!! We will never go this place AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Stay away! They are WAY more expensive than other pharmacies. I went here because my Doctors office is nearby. I needed antibiotics and my doctor warned me that they are expensive. This pharmacy charged me $412 for a 2 week supply (insurance had to be submitted manually by me after the purchase) and I needed another 2 week dosage after so I went to a Save On pharmacy closer to my house and they only charged me $360. I honestly couldn't believe it. Go to the shoppers down the street and don't waste your money here.

I have never had a problem at this location. The staff are asking you all the time how they can serve you. You are never pushed to buy . And they don’t charge to deliver your medication like some other drug stores! But the best thing they do that I am very proud of is when you order your prescriptions you get what your doctor ordered for you every single time. They have never given me half of the prescription and said we owe you. These People are the best. I will stay with them till I Die. Stay safe.

You guys can pay attention to why the pharmacy's reviews are so low, and employers will only reply to five-star reviews. These people in this pharmacy have serious problems of racial discrimination, and their attitude is not friendly at all, nor has they improved. There is nothing wrong with your imperfection, but you don't have to bullied and humiliated an Asian girl. In fact, she is not from Chinese, she is a Taiwanese. However, you are also not entitled to discriminate against any foreigner.

Great pharmacy, has more than just the average pharmacy. Shopping for makeup, gifts, jewelry, food, personal hygiene, cleaning products. Pretty much anything you can think of they have it. Very friendly staff, super informative and caring pharmacists! They get to know you by name so you feel very welcome!!! They also have a Canada Post there as well as a photo copier and fax machine that you can use too...

Stay away from this crack squad of idiots. I was promised my prescription would be delivered to my home September 2. I called one of the pharmacists September 3 wondering where my prescription was "Oh", said the idiot on the phone, "I guess they forgot to put a note on it and so it was not delivered. It will come to your house tonight. Well, it's tonight (September 3) and there is no sign of any medication. $300 of prescriptions sitting in the pharmacy that I will not be able to get now until Tuesday because of the long weekend. Do I need to show up with the Vancouver Police Department to get my prescription or my money back? Frack!!

Today, I went to the counter to ask a small question, and the counter staff was unkind and impatient to reply to me. She motioned for me to ask questions on the second floor instead of asking her. And no one on the second floor, so I was on the second floor waiting for the elevator, and there is a security personnel inside the elevator, he said to me: "The elevator can only take one person, you Chinese to go up the stairs." I can wait for the next elevator, but why Chinese go up the stairs. That’s too ridiculous and absurd!!! The point is, I'm not Chinese, I'm from other Asian countries, I’m Taiwanese. Why would I listen to this racist, and go to the stairs. Then, the elevator down to the ground floor. There have a female clerks with short hair and a security guard, no one stopped him from bullying me, they just watched at us and did nothing. However, I just clearly saw two white girls taking the elevator together, why I have to take the stairs, just because I'm an Asian? Now that your staffs discriminated against me, so that I can say this: This people in this pharmacy have a problem of racial discrimination. Please to learn not bully anyone.

Constant understaffing after multiple visits. UPS pickup point so staff spend all their day trying to track down packages. Free for all, multiple lines with one staff up front and one working in the back. Convenient? Yes. Practical? No.

Thus putting my health at risk for both that as well as me having to return to their location during a pandemic where we are supposed to be isolating. The worst part is the lack of transparency & ownership this pharmacist portrayed. She was very passive, aggressive & no apology. She did offer for me to keep the incorrect prescription though???

I literally could not imagine a more incompetent pharmacy. They have given me incredibly expensive drugs that were on the brink of expiry, lost track of insurance and credit card information, and left me waiting on important prescriptions after I called to refill them and then they just…. never completed the refills and so never sent the drugs. My opinion is that anyone would benefit from taking their business elsewhere.

If I could rate this place 0 Stars I would I called at 4:45 p.m. asking for my medication to be delivered and it is now 6:08 p.m. and still no delivery I will be calling the manager on Tuesday when they open and I will be calling the manager of their delivery company and I will be having all of my medication transferred to the Shoppers down the street this is not the first time this has happened

This pharmacy rips customers off, charging different prices for medication refills. I was charged twice the amount for the same prescription with the same type and amount of pills. They don't give a refund even when they admit a mistake.| They're the most expensive phrmacy around, stay away, have your doctor send prescriptions to Drug Mart nearby for specialised medication and take prescriptions anywhere but there. They take advantage of being the closest pharmacy to St Paul's hospital and some Doctor's offices to overprice medications.they are horrible and allso nasty people they are.this pharmacy they are hungry for money i hope the money they rips customers off is worth it for them and they get caoke stay away form this pharmacy number one rips off they are

Very friendly, helpful, and patient people work at this pharmacy. They were very helpful in explaining to my mother the vaccine certification requirements of the UK government, and they quickly and professionally conducted her PCR test.
