Not many large Rexall locations have staff that will help you locate what you need. This one does. Love the variety available, love the staff, and most of all surprised to see excellent customer service in a large Rexall.

I arrived to the store at 6:53pm. Website said open til 8. I get to the entrance of the store and the lights were being turned off and the doors were already locked. Even with the Covid hours who closes at 6:50 pm? I came here before and the staff are rude and it's a chore if they have to help you. NEVER AGAIN! I will drive to Canmore before going back to this place.

Very friendly staff. My mother-in-law sprained her ankle while visiting Banff and we rented a wheelchair for a couple days. Never knew you could rent a wheelchair.

Told us on Monday that BC resident can get vaccinated here for third dose for mismatched vaccination. Drove all the way here and was informed that they do not. Total waste of time.

Do you need a $15 bottle of shampoo? Then this is the place. Almost everything is priced as if it came in by ocean going freighter once every 6 months. The store is nice and the staff is great but go to IGA instead.

Hidden away in a mall but it offers what you'll need for health products. Price is annoying high but it gets the job done if you're in a rush or not picky with where you're shopping.

Arrived 5 min before posted closing time and was disappointed to find gates half way closed. Staff in a rude manner would not let us in to obtain one product that would have taken 2 minutes. Will not return.

My mother (65 year old, turning 66 in a week) visited RX Drug Mart Banff to get her prescription drug today. She was served by a young lady with a Middle Eastern (or East Indian) origin. My mother asked the staff if she could get a senior discount for her purchase as she is 65. But the staff did not believe that my mother is a senior. She instead interrogated that you are 45? 45?? It was not certain that she meant it jokingly, but it was not funny to my mother as her English is not as fluent, and she asked in a formal way. My mother then showed her driver's license to the staff to prove her age. But the staff's sarcastic stance continued on. It was not a very pleasant experience for someone as a local, trying to get prescription drug.

For an $89 pharmacy item, diabetic sensor, paid nearly $130, $40 handling charge!!!!! Most pharmacies charge cost for this life saving item....Shame on this shop.....

Biggest scam artists ever. Took 4 lotto tickets in (free plays and one scratchcard that won a whole $2) and put some lotto on. Seems like I messed up and one of the tickets I had was a non winner, and it happened to be the first one she scanned. Told us it was non winners even though the scratch card clearly had the winner visible. She tries to take the garbage and shoo us out the shop. Well lady I have the app, I check them again and they are winners. Look at the garbage and she has scanned the same ticket 3 times. I believe she heard my mother who is visiting from scotland and didnt know how lotto works and thought she could play us. I will be reporting you as I have the evidence.

Neat store, however now see why its so quiet and neat, paid $8.79 for two items that where both marked at $4-5 at IGA & Nesters.... will not be returning, only bargain their was caramel popcorn and have just found that to be stail and un-edible.

She is so patient and understanding and she ALWAYS goes above and beyond! Any time there are any changes to my prescriptions she is quick to offer info so I feel fully informed! Thank you for always helping me to feel comfortable and confident when it comes to my health!
