To our absolute horror, we discovered bed bugs one night. I called Pestend at 8:30am the following morning and they arranged to meet me THAT day for a consultation. Everything was explained very clearly to me and my mind was put to ease that our problem would be gone soon. Zafar, and his team showed up the very next day and we received the heat treatment. I have 3 very small children and felt at ease that my kids wouldn't be at risk breathing in harmful chemicals. I didn't know such a treatment existed (heat). Zafar returned after 10 days for a follow up visit and treatment. I can't tell you the relief I feel by truly knowing they're gone for good!!!!!

Saw a bed bug on my headboard one day and freaked out. Did a bit of research to find a bed bug exterminators and came across this company. Naseer came in to help us and found bed bugs. He was very helpful and responsive in answering questions. He did the first treatment and a few weeks later came in for a second light treatment which he said he saw no bed bug activity. I am hoping they are truly gone for good but the service of this company has been excellent. Naseer was very helpful to us giving us advice.

And let me tell you it was just that! As promised all bed bugs were eliminated including eggs in a single visit. I'll be honest I was very skeptical. I never write online reviews, but if anyone is suffering BB's then they need to get professional help. My PCO, Alex was fast and efficient. They gave me a quote and scheduled an appointment a few days later. The cost included an initial treatment & a follow up treatment within 2 weeks. The problem did not go away after waiting another 2 weeks from the follow up, BUT they offered a warranty on their services. Instead of refunding my money, I asked for them to return and treat my home again. I did all the prep work (laundering, bagging, mattress covers)- it was really stressful but it all paid off. It has been over 2 weeks since the third treatment and I have since not gotten any new bites!

DON'T BELIEVE THE SCAM!!! They agreed to treat our home and to honor their price match guarantee. So we started preparing our home for the heat treatment as agreed. Then their heat tech called the night before to dispute the price and to inform us he would now only treat 2 rooms instead of the entire home!!! To make things worse he was just so rude and constantly spoke over me (I suspect this man simply has no respect for women at all). It was so shocking. Truly shocking....so despite the favorable google reviews take note that this company has covered up their actual name which is Pestend. When you google them you'll find their real history and real reviews. Beware!

If you are having problems sleeping at night from bed bugs. Nasser and Vogar are the team to call. I found this company through reviews years ago with a bed bug problem. Naseer came and saved me from all the stress that comes with bed bugs. After the 2nd treatment I was bed bug free for years. After traveling however, I came home to discover I had a stray bug come along with me. I called and Vogar came for initial treatment and was helpful in many ways, assuring me that he didn’t see anything other then the one bug I seen. For the second treatment Naseer came back and seen nothing still but did treat to be safe. It’s been over a week now and I’m bite free still. My stress has once again been eradicated by this company! They are professional and know what they are doing! I highly recommend if you are having a bed bug problem. I’ve read horror stories about payments after you hire an exterminator for bed bugs, not with these guys, they are very affordable but that doesn’t mean the are not through! Our 5bdrm home had a heat treatment done and the experience was a great experience because of the professionalism and responsiveness from Zach. He was able to answer all my questions (I had a ton of questions) which made me feel comfortable (especially in these covid times) with doing the treatment on our home. It took about 6 hours in total to complete the treatment. We had had signs of bedbugs due to us being unlucky I guess however it’s been 2+ months and we have not experienced any more bites post the treatment. They also had a 3 month warranty so that did allow for peace of mind in case the bugs were not fully gone. We sleep in peace now ????.

Very quick and responsive - we had an issue Thursday night, their 24 hour call centre was available immediately and got us to send over a picture of the bug, their inspectors confirmed it looked like a bed bug the next day and we immediately booked an inspection with their k9 unit for the next day. I suspected that I had bed bugs in my room because I had bites on my legs when I woke up, so I looked online and found Bed Bug Exterminator Pro and they come in and checked by room with their dogs and determined that I had a flee problem which was due to the infested soil in my plants. Thank you guys for finally solving my bed bug issues. This is the second time I have bed bugs and the first company I hired got rid of the biting for a month but but they slowly come back. I hired Bed Bug Exterminator Pro 3 months ago and haven't had a bite. If I do notice the bites I will be sure to edit my review. But they did a very professional job and i believe the bedbugs wont come back. Thank you.

Naseer was very helpful and nice in regards to soothing our anxieties about bedbugs. Called after we found one or two bed bugs, turned out we didn't have a large infestation and it was handled after the first treatment. We really appreciated him having bed bug covers to purchase on hand and also he put them on himself which was so nice! Naseer turned what could have been a terrible experience into something handled quickly and easily! A++ ????????
