For me it's one of the college, progress avenue is is soo good from inside and it's so clean and disciplined. Atmosphere is so calm and peaceful that I mostly prefer to do my assignments in college Library. Gym is also good. Everyone talks so politely and staff members are very helpful. If you are an International Student and is looking for a College in Canada, NEVER choose Centennial College. Go study any other else. It is the worst customer service. It takes days to someone answer your enquiries, and if you have any trouble requesting documents for immigrant purpose, they will make you suffer until you get what you need. Go to Humber, Seneca, or any other college in Canada but Centennial. Worst experience of my life was dealing with this college.

My journey at centennial college was almost online. Although, I spent first 3 months in college before this covid started, I bet those 3 months gave me more memories than the rest of my time attending classes from home. I was new in 2020, I didn’t knew anyone, a little frightened and nervous, was missing my family so bad that I always wanted yo flew back. Today, I feel very lucky to be here in Canada, I am proud of the step I took 2 years ago, thank god for all you have provided me. Centennial college taught me many things, I made some real friends from this college. Folks, don’t forget to enjoy yourself when you’re here. Have a great future ahead!

Good curriculum however you will need to do a lot of self teaching in order to properly understand. For every one good teacher you'll get four bad ones. Student services will either give you the bare minimum information (if you do not know exactly what you need) or just incorrect info.

they do not issue the graduation letter on time, and put students into a limbo where they can't work! no consideration whatsoever with students. classes ended and grades where out on December 12, a month later and still no certification letter. more than a month!! Students depend on these letters... they told us we would receive it on the 11th now it going to be issued in the end of the week. LACK of respect and consideration.

came here with a friend to inquire and also to look around. cafe is decent, campus is clean, public toilet is maintained. we had lots of questions and the lady we spoke with is very patient and eloquent, her explainations were very detailed. we were not able to check out the residence though. public transport is very easy, walkable bus stop at the main road and there's also another route that goes within the campus and stops near by the residence or cafe i think. amenities such as grocery or fast food is within the campus belt. also lotsa parking space. the gymnasium is of decent size as well. the library is big and neat. This now is on our top 5 list.

Attended the Police Foundation program here. I love this school, the school. The campus has a lot of parking but there could be more. The food within the campus includes subway, pizza pizza, smokes poutine, Tim Horton. The gym is very clean and well maintain. Great school if you are thinking about coming here.

Went to the athletic centre for the covid vaccine shot. It was well organized and lots of volunteers available to direct and make the process smooth. The gym facilities looked impressive, clean and new. Location was convenient to get to via hwy 401.

It’s really expensive in comparison to the other colleges. I do not recommend for the international students. Most of the subjects requires to purchase additional book subscription to access quizzes. They provide the cheapest international health insurance from GuardMe even after charging $9K per semester.

Honestly I had the worst experience of my education life in here. Learning was good but virtual classes ruined it. Secondly, they dont help international students that much when it comes to guide them. Whether it is the case of education, graduation. I personally have sent a lot of emails for the things they've to tell us in the first place without even asking.

This college is a very good college as when the pandemic started this college help students to pay the fee with the extended due dates and specially for the international students . I directly talk to directors office and they even reply in less then a days think of a college shoes director office reply in less then a day who well managed and we'll organized college is that and after that also even I have little quire about something they replied ASAP and with there reply they ensure that student have the understanding that college management and the college staff is standing like a rock for you and whatever the problem might be there they always hold your back and never let you down I recommend to students who want to study as a international student should also look college like this one so that they can get because if the college in which you study is not good then no one will give you the job and in today's senerio where job compition is very high then you should be ready for the future by studying in this college.

We went to Centennial for my kids 2nd vaccine. It takes place in the gym at their Athletic Centre and it is so organized and well managed. Our appt was for 220 and we arrived just a little after 2pm. We were out just after 230 as it went by by smoothly and quickly. Volunteers working are all very kind and courteous. Thank you for making it easy and less stressful for me and my children.

Took the M1 Exit course at centennial and I was impressed!!! The course prepare me to be comfortable riding a motorcycle and taught me so much over a weekend. I have to mention TOM and NANCY for their passionate teaching methods. These two individuals are the reason why many people did so well. Not the best experience, my comm171 teacher is refusing to save class recordings because of this class-to-rule campaign. What's worse is that she did not give any notice Week 1 - recorded Week 2 - not recorded (without letting us know) Week 3 - recorded Week 4 - recorded Week 5 not recorded I emailed her about it during week 2 and she said she is participating in this campaign and that is the reason she is not recording. I thought she had a change of heart starting week 3 but during week 5 she sends an email to the students 1 hour before class time that all class meetings will be held in zoom. Oh and by the way no more recordings again. I sent her an email again, the response i got is that "it is not mandatory for teachers to record class sessions" . First of all, set proper expectations so the students do not keep guessing. Either you record all or not record at all. At least we know and not keep guessing Secondly, what kind of a campaign does an educator fight for at the cost of the student's learning? It just does not nake sense. I told her i am managing working full time and going to school full time to make ends meet. She says that she understand that during these covid times, it can be very challenging. If you understand that it is challenging, then why would you intentionally make it hard for students? I just do not understand the logic. Isn't it an educator's passion to help the students? She is actually doing the opposite deliberately. This has caused me so much stress. I wonder why centennial would allow teachers to do this. Very frustrating.

I had a terrible experience with this college. The instructors are unprofessional. Farouzan mohommadi (The Persian lady who dresses inappropriately for her classes) laughed in my face when I was crying since I got a bad grade on her test years ago. She seems sadistic and has an evil side. There was an instructor named Anna... she was so rude to me. I think they should screen their instructors better to make sure they are personable and that they care about the students as well. Don't waste your money on this institution unless you have no choice.

College is good in terms of teaching, but they have a lot of charges for small things. No benefit even in Covid times. Other colleges have given a lot of financial support to their students, but this college always took money. I graduated last year, they took a lot of charges for everything, and didn’t even sent a graduation hat or any exciting thing when you graduate.

Don’t go for the nursing program. At least don’t go for the practical nursing program. It’s very unorganized, many students fail in the program. If you want to bridge you can’t fail or have repeated courses which is essentially a scam. There’s no room for mistakes in this program which is sad because of the need for nurses. Not retakes on tests, no way to increase your grade with an extra assignment, no recorded lectures while there’s online learning. Be prepared to struggle if you choose this school for this program.

Without providing these services/facilities to students. Call them and some of their employees will lie, saying you will get the refund, while others will say there are no plans of giving the money back....

It’s shame to see the quality of what so called Canadian education. I had a terrible experience with this school. Unprofessional, unorganized, etc. As internationally educated professional with +10 years of experience and as a SME in my field, the questions of those exams are technically incorrect. 1- Many of the questions that I’ve encountered are incorrect questions that I’m not able to answer them. 2- A complete chaos and teachers don’t work together to organize the courses deliverables, myself and my peers spent the whole year doing the work for those teachers and keep organizing the schedule. 3- Many teachers didn’t show up for classes, one of them argued and said “why you called me for a class if you don’t have questions?” Well, I’ve paid thousands of dollars to learn about Canadian construction, so share your experience with us, and now the same teacher closed the courses shells before the due date which was supposed to be on the 8th Jan, so we aren’t able to download the material that we have paid for, emailed her but she never responded. The same teacher kept arguing the whole semester about everything making us feel that she’s doing a favour for us. Sorry, we have paid for this! 4- Another teacher in the first semester who I asked him to open the shell after the due date, responded with “ oh, this is a waste of time to do! And he never opened it. The main reason, we didn’t download the material in the first place was one of the teachers who explained that material shells would stay open till the end of the PROGRAM. And the list goes on! Arguing, unorganized, etc. are some of the many things that you would face with this school and teachers. I feel like that I’ve wasted a full year of my professional progress and career. And let me tell you something, you better teach your teachers to respect the students because myself, I would put your best teacher of yours in the corner if we dive into the technical as I’m more experienced and knowledgeable than 99% of them, I have delivered some of the most complex engineering projects on a global level. My choice of course is paralegal course . The problem is that I had a very low score in my bachelors ( English hons.) i.e. 47% . I talked to a consultant and they said apart from my LLB marks , my score in bachelors will also be evaluated .( I haven't taken the IELTS test yet but I'm pretty sure I can score good) Can you tell me if there's a way out for this problem ? I mean do you think is there even a chance to me to get in ?
