I have done a bit of business with this particular hardware store over the past 5 years. They have beautiful displays and beautiful products and seem to always be constantly working to improve and modernize. You can get pretty much anything you need there. The staff in the back of the house, in the building supplies and paint supplies etc., are extremely helpful and extremely friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I would have gave five stars except for I always feel the cashiers are not overly friendly. But maybe I just get them all on an off day lol

We bought the primer and paint color from them. We live quite far and as we got home to paint we found it defective and old looking. We drove all the way back and asked for a discount on another can to make up for our trouble. They answer NO. Not good public relations

I went there for propane and always had to wait for at least 15 min. I went there yesterday and after pushing the button many times nobody came.I called inside the store after 10 min waitibg and they paged someone over the pa.Still nothing. I finally went in the store to return something and voiced my frustration. If they won' t give adequate service for propane they might as well take the tank out . I went to Nova Industrial to fill my tank and received excellent service .
