Couldn't be happier with the incredibly professional service John provided. Fingers crossed we don't get the little bandits back, but should it happen, I wouldn't hesitate to call Gunning. I will say their price is quite a bit higher than others, and make sure to ask for a full written estimate before anything is done. The price I was told on the phone and the price I was handed on the bill was more than twice as high as I was told.

The service is really great. John is professional and friendly, he not only does the job efficiently but also teaches me knowledge about common wildlife issues inside residence. I send email to the company late night but i soon get the response which amazing me. My appointment is actually tomorrow but he comes early today just check how bad my house's issue is since he has another appointment nearby this morning. I'm really happy because the noise inside the wall is getting worse and dealing with that early really make my day. The company understand customers and always want to help customers to get rid of the issue asap. I haven't done much quotes from other companies but his price is worth the money and very competitive. I will definitely recommend this company to those who need wildlife removal service.

John is amazing! He's honest, hardworking, reasonably priced and great to chat with! I don't know what I can say that others haven't already but I've been telling everyone he's the guy to call all day long He came this morning because I have either a raccoon or skunk under my garage and a small dog who wouldn't leave the area alone. In just a couple hours, the entry points were sealed up and my worries were gone. Worth every penny and I'll be calling him again if another critter tries to move in.

John came out the day after I called him to assess a bat issue we had in our soffits. He installed the device soon after. Within a few days the bats were gone and so far they have not returned. After discovering that we had an issue with pests getting into our place we contacted gunning and they came out that same day, actually within an hour or so of calling them. If you have a problem with pests getting into the house, you know how time is important, and gunning was right there to take care of the issue. The technician came out to our place and was very kind and efficient. The price is really reasonable and the follow up afterward is actually a lot better than elsewhere.

We had mice in our attic that were keeping us up - we were desperate! When I called Gunning, the woman I spoke to (I forget her name) was extremely professional and SO understanding and booked us in very quickly (which we were beyond grateful for).
