After reading all the really great reviews, unfortunately I do not have the best reviews to give… The number one complaint I have is they didn’t fix the insect problem in the house… I had to call about three separate times to get them to come back out to spray and it still didn’t fix the problem. I went to buy my own ant bait which fix my ant problem that cost me about six dollars. The staff in my opinion is somewhat friendly. When I called to cancel service they didn’t even ask why I wanted to cancel service or try to fix the problems. Going to try different company - would not recommend this one.

We have been very satisfied with the termite protection. The pest control has required multiple visits, and our home is still not completely free of any bugs. Mind you, we did not start with a big problem or infestation. Just your normal house bugs.

I love the convenience of Arrow. I don’t have to think about it. They’re great about letting me know when it’s time to schedule a visit, and there are always plenty of convenient times to come out. Additionally, our representatives have been very kind and courteous and I feel safe letting them in and around our house. Finally, I love that it’s effective. I don’t have to worry about bugs in my home and I really love that in abnormal circumstances when we do see them, I can call and they come out to take care of it without extra fees or charges. I have tried the mosquito service for a couple years and am not as convinced or enthusiastic about that portion, but I am definitely a huge supporter of the pest control and termite service.

Friendly, informative and professional. They were willing to come out and do a termite inspection and not charge us, except for the letter, which was very reasonably priced. Besides the extermination services, Arrow also provided some excellent home repairmen to fix a major leak at the front of my home, and even suggested a financing option we have taken advantage of. The most recent service I've contracted for is the termite prevention system. Homeowners have to do a lot to keep their houses in shape, and I trust Arrow to take care of much of that for me.

Stellar customer service and quality pest control! I've only had to have a tech return once to respray (which was due to the ridiculously wet Spring) and they were happy to send one back. I also like that there is one technician per region so you get the same technician every time. *They have strict COVID procedures and all techs wear masks or respirators! YAY!!!

Our quarterly pest service is always on time, Max is friendly and informative, and if we ever have an issue (going on 18 months strong in our new house with zero issues), they come out at no additional charge. This is our second home that Arrow has protected and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I am sure this company is great for most, but for me it was not. The technician that came to my house was nice the first few times even though my issues were never resolved. When he called months later to return he asked several times if I would be the only one in the home, If my husband would be here and if I was going to be alone. It was creepy and very irrelevant for him to even ask. I made the appointment though and stressed the fact that after 3 months, the issues were still happening. He assured me he would handle it. 2 weeks later the day before my appointment, I was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID. For the safety of myself and their technician, I canceled the appointment. I called them and emailed them via their website to let them know about the situation. 8am the next day this guy shows up and from the video on my ring doorbell, he knocks a few times and leaves. I was sleeping, so when I reviewed the video, I noticed he didn't walk on the property, just waited at the door. I then received an email from them saying my inspection was complete and that I needed to make a payment. I was pretty upset all things considered. I spoke with a supervisor who was very kind but he should have waived the fee since nothing was done and the fact that I expressed my intent to no longer use their company. I then received calls and letters to bring my account balance current. This company didn't care about me at all, they only cared to collect my money. I did pay them today, just so they would stop calling/emailing/ and sending me letters. I work with a lot of customers in my industry who seek referrals and I will never refer any of them to Arrow.

The quarterly service is good and our local representative, Craig, is extremely helpful, professional, and thorough. However, they only have one person servicing a large area. Therefore, if you call with an issue, it takes several days to get an appointment. I recently called on a Wednesday and was told my issue could not be dealt with until the next Monday. With young children this is unacceptable and very frustrating.
