Allen Park store is good to visit for a quick trip to buy some groceries and few other items for the home. Customer service needs some improvement at the checkout lanes because some of the cashiers have big egos because of years of employment with Target. The attitudes from the employees needs some improvement from the sales floor to the checkout and guest service area.

Really great Target, right when you walk in you are welcomed by the aroma of buttery popcorn coming from the Target Cafe to the left, which also has a Pizza Hut Express which only sells the Personal Pan Pizzas. Also they have a one dollar section right in front of the store as soon as you walk in where you can find many assorted things ranging from candy to glass jars, all high quality, and all for one dollar. They recently added a new grocery section at this location and it's amazing to say the least - it's like a mini Walmart! They also have the cheapest bananas there too, only 24 cents!

I usually like going to this target but today this lady that works there was really rude and treated us very disrespectful. I went back to see her name but she was facing the wall just moving garments. If i go over there i hope i don't see her, the fact that she was also disrespectful to my friends really bothered me. I didn't even feel like buying what i was going to because i felt sour. I consider myself to be a very patient and tolerant person but this lady really killed my mood. I'll give it 3 stars because the store is good, not 5 just because of her, the other personel have been nice.

Love the store but while visiting twice this week I was accosted by kids once for school money in the middle of store and a few days later in women’s restroom with religious material. I don’t believe these were Target allowing this but made my shopping experience and my daughter and granddaughters experience not as pleasant. I hope something can be done about this in the future. I also love the self checkout but on a Saturday afternoon to have on 2 lanes with checkers working was a bit short sided.

We stopped in here last summer while vacationing in the area. As a typical local outlet for the National Chain it was as expected. This store did not fail to please. Everything you would expect was here, and in our case we needed to pick some personal hygiene items. The store was clean, shelves were well stocked, prices competitive with friendly employees. The free public restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking with disability access.

This is the Target I go to the most. I do not understand how a store that wants to remain in business would make a customer who bought a $200 phone wait for assistance. Why did he not call for support when he realized his current customer wanted to add a second SIM card to his phone and the support person did not know how to do it. He should have taken care of the two customers that he had waiting. This was a totally bad experience in an otherwise great Target.

The store is close to my home and is a newer store; however they are frequently not fully stocked, which means I have to stop at another store such as Whole Foods later in the week.

This Target is located conveniently on "The Hill" and is kept up-to-date quite nicely. I love the Cartwheel app/program which allows you to find some really nice deals around the store. There are a good variety of products and now they are starting to sell more 4K Ultra HD TVs which is nice. The workers are kind of in between. Some workers are helpful and others are not. The store is kept relatively clean but what ruins that is the customers, they throw things like sandals where the pop/soda should be, and they leave half full drinks or snacks all on the shelves. The store does have great Target Brand items which are actually of good quality and the new Grocery section is a nice addition. Overall, this is a good store it would just be better if the customers wouldn't make it a mess.

I live close to the Target in Dearborn and for some odd reason, I feel as though security follows me when I'm in the store. I love Target and I always spend more time and money than expected, not sure if that's why someone is always following me. I'm also a person of color and I'm not sure if that could be the cause as well. It's starting to become pretty annoying. Overall the employees are delightful and extremely helpful.

This is the same thing that happened the last two times and they didn’t have my lids to my totes the last time they gave me 8 totes and 7 lids, I didn’t go back as I assumed they counted when I got home I didn’t want to drive all the way back it’s almost 45 minutes from the house. I was there yesterday to use to photo machine. I was having trouble with so I went to the first available cashier for help. Help arrived in no time. The team member, Sammie, went well and beyond the call of duty to help me. He came up with all kinds of suggestions and tried varies techniques several times for nearly 45 minutes. He was paged several times away and always came back to work on a solution for me. In the end, I decided to take my phone to my carrier to see about adding more storage to add the kiosh onto it as he had suggested in the first place. He was always polite and patient with me as I'm not a very tech savvy person. Many other representatives would not have taken that much time to help me under any circumstances at any other place.

Despite what you may think about customer service and overall leads and holiday shopping at target Allen Park I recommend anybody shops or do not there a few things should be aware of when shopping at target and park are you talking to Amy children holiday season one it’s the holidays to stress three tired for depressed five long hours six is a vendor seven the customer is not always right but you know when shopping tacos are the way to make you feel like you are guess there’s a call you a guest I think they used to do note that there are times that you may think that Tubi is always they are in supports the customer when I say the customers are always right early always are right that’s a true at this chicken target there are supervisors and managers who feel that they own the store again let me preface it by saying we’re always right and we use this is the time of the year to use that phrase but when you are at target or any other retailer do you note that longevity visual camaraderie and store knowledge and employees that you see daily or often. It’s disappointing when you are in a gated and I feel that you are just someone buying products and you don’t give a damn I recommend to target or any other each other in the hallways or any other time of the year you know sometimes I feel that people who are in upper management or a lead or supervisor should know that any retailer she always had training sessions throughout the year because remember retailers customers merchandise part of the billability and I’m going access to merchandise the retailer to any other form of device or platform to always be updated with knowledge to the staff

One of the men in electronics I had to ask for help and he didnt seem very interested in helping me but I gave him the details and he looked in the isle I had just looked in then he eent back out called for his friend and his friend was on lunch so he mumbled "sorry guess we dont have it" even though it said so on the site IN STOCK i went back in there and asked for another employee, she was helpful and told me it was still in transit amd that it would be on shelves on Jan 6th. This happened Jan 1st. The lady who helped me was white with glasses and brownish blondish hair. The man was black with short dreads. I would provide names but didn't see their name tags. If target sees this take that man into consideration of firing.

As per the yoosh, Target had my back like a squad leader in the final circle. More like Targotchya back, am I right? I've returned regularly this month for home repair and cleaning items and have not been disappointed yet. I needed some insider info from ya boi in the pharmacy and he came legit with vaccination info and all the knowledge of a well seasoned pro, word up to the front line heroes. Line wait was dope af and the friendliness and rapport of team members kept me turnt from parking lot to checkout bot. Due to excellent flow and product placement, I found everything I needed and more. My homeboy, T. Yoshisaur, finally found his Mario Kart, straight defending the Jeep from shells and smells.

Had a drive up order and the rep didn't follow the directions and threw my package on the floor. She literally had the small device in her hand with the instructions and she stood by my driver side door for several minutes. I did not have a mask on so I had to yell at her thru my closed tinted window and told her to go to the rear passenger window on the right. She finally did, never looked at my confirmation number and just threw my package on the floor. Never again will I shop at this location

Didn't put purchased items in the bag and when I went back the next day to get them from the store they made me go back to the shelves to get the items. The only problem was that I have a medical boot on my left foot and the store MADE ME go back to the shelf to get said items instead of sending someone for me, I am not supposed to walk that far, but that's okay with Target cause that would require a small amount of compassion to which I now know that aspect is not covered by what that store considers to be part of customer service. If you have any form of medical condition bring someone to help you out cause this store doesn't seem to understand those basic needs of others

I ordered and paid for an Xbox Series X because I saw it in stock around 7:30AM. I got a confirmation email and everything but the order was cancelled and cited out of stock several hours later. This was disappointing for Target and seems like something that would happen at certain other retailers.I was pretty disappointed. Generally I've had good experiences at Target otherwise.

Very friendly and helpful employees and I drive past two other targets to go here because it's so nice. The only complaint I have is I dread having to use their restroom. It is always filthy no matter what time of day or anytime I am desperate to use it. It is a shame for such a beautiful store. That's why I gave it three stars.

This target is okay, most of the time I go there I normally leave with what I go there for. Sometimes the prices that are marked on the shelves are not the accurate prices and they rang up as normal price at the register. For the most part the customer service is good. I really don't like the way Target is set up.

I miss the days when Target red and khaki was such a pleasure to see it was different it was Brash and it was bold now ... now Target lick their staff we're just about anything red or khaki that just has no uniformity ....Target is just a place to go staff doesn't care about anything but stocking stocking shelves and never really meet the customers needs talking you really need to step up your game
