Technician was late then spent 2 seconds looking at things inside and 5 minutes outside. Said he couldn't find the source and would be back and he never came back. The lady who answered the phone at the office was rude and very unhelpful. Don't waste your time, call someone else.

Had a sparrow problem, two stories up in the soffits. Pro-Trap came out, fixed the problem, and sealed the 4 entryways the sparrows were using. When Pro-Trap left, the sparrows returned and breached an entrance (patch hadn't fully cured). Pro-Trap returned to finish the job. No more sparrows. Happy with the results.

Pro Trap did show up to spray was at our trailer at Leisure Lake less than 5 minutes did 1 quick spray at the back and left Other campers had a similar experience Also took 40.00 cash from my neighbour to wash her trailer you guessed it left. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THE BILL Very disappointed!

We recently had a raccoon living in our soffit. Pro trap came right away and humanely removed the the raccoon and relocated him to another home. They repaired all the damage the raccoon created . They also identified other potential problems on our roof. They corrected the screens on the chimney and vent to prevent possible entry of bats . They are very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jack and his guys did a wonderful job repairing the damage done and installing safeguards for future invasions of raccoons. Great job guys. Would definitely recommend Pro-trap and would never hesitate to call them again with any future problems.

Came out very quickly to deal with issues on a house that I had just purchased. They were able to remove a squirrel and point out and repair various potential entry points for squirrels and raccoons. They were also very quick to come back out for a follow-up call (when a raccoon was looking for a new way to get in) and sort out that situation. They have been great and easy to deal with. If zero stars were an option, that’s what they deserve. The only reason this company is in operation is because there exists so little competition in the Windsor, Ontario area. They are shamelessly unapologetic for their lousy business practices. And don’t expect a heads up phone call that someone is on the way. You won’t get one. A three hour window is what they offer and you’d best not step into the bathroom or out back of your residence because if they knock once and you don’t respond, they hightail. No call. No nothing. Inexcusable. Unprofessional and should be out of business. Two thumbs down.
