I called this guy up balling my eyes out & asking for help, and he was there treating the house within 3 hours & we were able to come back home later on that day with detailed instructions on the next steps to take. That was a week ago today & so far, we've had zero bites & I only caught 2 live one's the very next day after treatment. We notified the previous owners (since the bugs weren't brought here, they were already here before we even stepped foot inside), they called termin-EX &&they supposedly were given an all clear. Maybe it's because they left with only the clothes on their backs & threw any and all furniture, decor, clothing, basically ALL personal possessions because everything was that badly trashed... or maybe TerminEX simply sucks compared to these guys? Who knows... Anyways, 5 million stars && well worth the cost. Do yourselves a favor &&go through these guys, get it done right the first time around... they made me hate this house slightly less. Now if only they could take care of the opossum currently living in the vents. Fml.

He addressed my biggest my concern which was the safety about the exposure of the product around my pets and children. I was buying a new home and noticed quite a few ants in the kitchen during the inspection so I hired Matt to come out and exterminate the day before I moved in. He was punctual and checked the whole house first and found a few other types of bugs living in the house too. It's been three days since I moved in and I haven't seen any bugs so far.
