This is a great Mark's shop with helpful staff. They have everything you can dream of for work. A good selection of brabd name items as well as Mark's house brand. Glad to find Smartwool socks. Coukd benefit from a better selection of high end CSA footwear, which varies seasonally.

Great for men, but women's inventory is ignored. Women's footwear has 4 shelves, men's footwear has 1/4 of the store. Same as with the clothing. This is specific to the Whitehorse store, it does not care much to cater to it's female clientele. However, Mark's itself has much more, so women are better off looking online.

Had an awesome experience today at Marks! The boots I bought during the summer experienced the epic amounts of slush we had over the last few days, and upon taking my boots off after work yesterday my feed were dyed black, like...black black. Needless to say I scrubbed my feed in the tub for about an hour with no luck, the leather dye must have soaked through somehow. Regardless, the manager sent me home with a new pair of Dakota's, of which I am extremely grateful for. Mr. Manager, thank you for doing me a solid today!!!!!

The store is well stocked and the staff are pleasant and professional. I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly in terms of finding products. A few years ago I had trouble finding much of a selection in my size; a clerk noticed I was searching but not finding anything. When I explained the problem, the store responded by bringing in a wider range of styles for both business and casual attire and sizes. I appreciate the staff offering advice on shirt & tie pairings. They are involved in the community, especially with the local hospital.
