We contacted Raincity Pest after another localpest company mishandled our situation. After an initial consultation we could see Bill and the Raincity team came with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. They took the time to ask detailed questions to make sure they tackled our specific situation, something our previous company did not take the time to do. We had 4 treatments and endless conversations with our previous company and with only one treatment visit with Bill our issue was resolved and we had our home back again. This is a 7 star review! We had an excellent experience with Bill addressing rodent issues at our home. Bill was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient - he is very patient and answered all our many, and sometimes silly, questions to the very last detail (nothing like a rodent infestation to make you irrational!). He accommodated gracefully to fit our schedule during a trip abroad and maintained communication about the program while we were away. Best customer experience out there - highly recommended!

I was very embarrassed to have mice in my apartment. The team came over and removed ruined items taking care to salvage what they could. No judgement. Very professional and most of all knowledgeable. They came back multiple times to deal with stragglers and before they signed off on the job, they made sure there was no more activity. A horrible situation was not bad at all.

Hello, We had a mouse problem in our new townhouse and it was terrifying with a baby and toddler around. We initially called a large pest control company -- and all they did was put out traps and come back every two weeks. But when my friend recommended rain City I am SO GLAD I called them right away. Honestly, they saved our home and sanity! The first day they came, they spent a couple of hours looking through our place to find and fill all the holes - i.e. the source of the problem; instead of simply putting out traps. I couldn't believe it but within a few days the issue was resolved. They still came back a few times to follow up with us and took their time to address any questions. Their fee is WELL WORTH every penny you spend (we spent more on the other company which didn't give any results). So ***if you want results, fast, save yourself some time, and call Bill***. We'll be forever grateful to Bill and his team. Thank you!!

I would like to thank Bill from RainCity Pest Control. We had a steady stream of ants show up in our basement and we could not find the source as there were no signs of entry from our exterior walls and doors. Bill arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection and determined the access point was from our foundation. He prepared multiple ant traps and strategically placed them in the hotspots. He put us at ease by assuring us that the type of ants in our home were non destructive. He also advised us that although his method of pest removal would take a little longer it would eliminate the ants at the source. Even with this longer time projection for removal I am happy to already see a significant improvement within the first few hours of treatment. Bill also assured us complete satisfaction and would employ additional measures should the ants return. Thank you RainCity for your service and giving us peace of mind. 5/5 for a job well done. JB

An excellent experience. The previous company my strata hired only set down bait traps. After 3 visits and three months, the mice infestation only got worse. I then called RainCity, and wow, night and day service! Shane and his team were beyond thorough in sourcing the entry points from the walls and sealing them. I noticed wasp activity near the peak of my roof on Sunday and knew that it was going to become a problem. I started my search for a pest control provider and found RainCity Pest Control. I called Bill up (owner operator) and gotta say, swell guy, got the details he needed along with pictures and i was squeezed into his already busy schedule within 2 days. The visit was thorough, quick, and painless, Covid protocols were well adhered to and respected. Pest activity was caught early and dealt with in a safe and environmental manner. 11/10 would recommend this provider, and for sure will be a returning customer (if those wasps or any other pests for that matter dare return)
