Kevin helped us out with pantry moths at first and then a persistent rodent problem. We were never pressured to buy services that we didn't need. He was always courteous and professional and practiced good Covid protocols. He was very persistent and tried many things to capture 1 elusive rat, finally with success. This company is fantastic. The service is professional, kind, personable, generous and knowledgeable. The staff you talk to both on the phone and in person are fantastic and they are always ready to answer any question you may have about your home and whatever pest you maybe dealing with. Their prices are also very fair as well. I hired X-Terminators for my mom's home when our ant and silverfish situation was getting completely out of control. The results were immediate and long lasting. Not only does their treatment target your specific pest issue, but it will also neutralize any other pest that will wander into the treated area. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again. They really do bring peace of mind once they are done with your home.

Called this company for a silverfish problem. Most disappeared on the first spraying, but we were still seeing some. Called the X-Terminators after about 70 days and they promptly returned and sprayed again. That was before Christmas and we haven't seen a single silverfish since. Very impressed with their promptness and professionalism.

After spending endless time and money spraying dozens of various bottles of the store bought bug spray, we weren't able to get control of our ant problem until Mike with the X-Terminators came to our house. We had him spray our house once last year and once this year and the results are miraculous! It's honestly incredible how much more effective having a professional come in is compared to just using the store bought spray. Last year before he came we had numerous problem areas both inside and outside our house where no matter how much store bought spray I used, I couldn't get rid of the darn ants! It was to the point where I was afraid to go shoeless in my own home and was constantly scanning for ants where ever I was. We were having a problem both with the little ants and with carpenter ants. After having him come spray once last year that was essentially the end of our problem right through until this year. As soon as I started seeing the ants make their way back this year now that the weather is warmer again, we called Mike at X-Terminators so we could have him spray before the problem got bad again. His spray has a lasting effect so not only does it kill the ants that are present when he sprays, but it seems to kill any that make their way into the area for a long time afterwards. It feels so great to have our home back and to not be afraid to go barefoot because of ants! We have several pets as well and I truly appreciated how he was mindful of that and worked around it. After waiting the required time for us to go back in the house, it was also totally safe for our pets which is awesome. Lastly, he is very prompt, professional and reliable so we felt completely comfortable having him in our home. Anyhow, I very highly recommend you give him a call as he is worth every penny and then some!

Mike came out to my place and gave me an honest quote. Had a few others come to give quotes and they always seem to tell you about all the doom and gloom and how my house may be in peril. That was before they even looked at my property. Mike came and looked over my property gave me a No pressure quote. By far the best value. He took extra care to take his shoes off while going through the house and checking all areas. Made me feel at ease with his choice of treatment, he even helped round up the cat and keep her securely in a bedroom away from any fumes. I left him to do his spraying and he closed up the house when he was done AND even had a towel placed under the door for the cats room in case any fumes came in from outside. I highly recommend Mike from X-terminators post control. If you can- ask for Mike! Super impressed.

These guys are TOP NOTCH! 5 STARS!! I had a prolonged problem with dust beetles and they had to come 3 times to eradicate them completely. Me and my husband have been customers of Mike’s for 2 years. He is very professional and we are so happy with his quality of work. He is very informative and the results from how thorough he is and the quality of the products used has far exceeded our expectations. Our rat problem was under control almost instantly. I was concerned about how to handle the rat problem because I have a dog and Mike answered every question and explained how the traps we decided to go with were pet safe. We highly recommend to everyone, even as a preemptive measure, to have your house sprayed for bugs/ants. The first time we had Mike spray our house was over a year ago and we have not seen a live ant, termite, spider, millipede, beetle or any other bug in the house since. Mike and The X-Terminators have been very helpful, supportive, and effective at helping to get rid of any sign of spiders around my house. As someone who is very fearful of spiders, moving into a detached home with lots of trees and spiders around can be scary but Mike and his team have really helped me ease into my new home. They use very safe pesticides and I haven't seen any signs of spiders, which is amazing considering I live in a wooded area. Mike is very kind and supportive and is always reachable if you need any assistance or advice. His team is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The X-Terminators to family and friends and to anyone who needs to control any types of pests. They are the very best and I consider myself lucky I found them so quickly!
