Pesticon pest control vancouver provided exceptional service! There was a raccoon living under the house. My brother used incense to try to get the raccoon to move out, but the incense did not work. One Saturday, I called this company and they were able to come out that same morning. They let me know they would have to cut through the bathroom ceiling, and my brother wasn't too happy about that, but we felt it was necessary. As soon as they started to cut into the ceiling, the raccoon came out of a vent. I haven't seen the raccoon ever since they rid it away. What started out to be an ordeal ended up being fun. I highly recommend this service for raccoon removal.

Hired them for a mouse infestation. Not impressed with the service. Amazed that all Google reviews are 5 stars. I think we got unlucky with our service person. At the first visit, he spent most of the time explaining mice trapping and told me to not leave food lying around. He only examined the kitchen area. He laid down some poisonous bait but did not examine for entry points, look on the other floors of my house, set snap or glue traps, or tell me to remove the succulents. Later we found out the mice were eating the succulents. Told me to simply close the top of the compost bag, not realizing that the mice can chew through the bag to get scraps. Following the first visit, we noticed a lot more mice activity (chewing up plastic bags, mouse droppings on carpet and couch on every floor). Called him back to re-evaluate the situation and he only laid down more bait and told me not to call him back until 5 weeks later. He wasn’t too interested in answering questions. Said that the increased activity is not due to the bait. Although their website advocates the use of traps, this guy does not believe in them, so we had to go out and buy our own snap and glue traps. I even built a homemade trap. Called him back a 3rd time after we saw mice moving in and out under the dishwasher. He sprayed some poison under the dishwasher, didn’t examine the rest of the house or the bait stations and told me to call him back in a week for a refund if I still see mice activity. He kindly and promptly refunded me when requested. After 5 weeks, our mouse problem was still not resolved. Disappointed that he was willing to give up and refund us rather than to try new strategies. I do not believe this guy provided the best service possible that this company has to offer. Overall, his service was suboptimal. Based on all the existing 5 star reviews, I know this company can do better.

Second time using them and while cleaning I found a few dead spiders; but hey keyword DEAD spiders. I also was late on my suggested re-spray so the fact I still found dead spiders was great. This company is great. They have fantastic attention to detail, they were very thorough, and told us what they were doing as they did it. (And they were quick and efficient, considering our situation!) They were careful to avoid any places where our dog could go, and they were extremely personable. In addition to sealing cracks, spraying, geling and setting traps. A tech walked us through specific next steps if we wanted to do a little work ourselves. A couple of months back, we noticed stains on our ceiling, quickly followed by a putrid smell that made our living space unbreathable. We suspected we had a dead animal in the attic. When the technician arrived, he confirmed our suspicions as he found a decaying raccoon in our attic. The decomposing bodily fluids caused the stains we saw. He promptly got to work by disposing of the carcass, performing a complete attic restoration, and closing up potential entry holes. He was very timely and professional. This is the 2nd time I used this company to rid my property of rats. Because we live near the water, the first time was in the garage. Most recently, after Hurricane Sandy, the sewers were flooded and the trees uprooted. A rat or two found their way to my basement and chewed right through the foundation!! A tech came out immediately and set bait traps in the walls, in the crawl space and in the basement! Days later he came back to check the boxes and wall bait. He even filled the holes back with cement and cleaned up the dirt the rats had deposited on the floor. I recommend this service highly.

Waheed the owner initially came and took lots of pictures and called in his employees that are termite techs and expert to come out to give a better idea of possible termites. The techs were very honest and awesome. They came out today and they were very knowledgeable and honest with my termite inspection. I haven't had any work performed yet but am relieved after speaking with the techs on identifying the possible entry point for termites which they will treat. Their verbal quote seems reasonable and fair. I will provide another update once the work is done.

Awesome service! The inspector quickly found my issues and developed a plan to correct them. After trapping the nuisance rats, he sealed all the potential entry holes. Thank God the rats recently got there, so they hadn't done any serious damages. As a result, the amount I spent was far lower than I expected. I guess taking care of your wildlife problem as soon as possible is the best approach.

We had rats in our attics. I contacted this company, and they sent a technician to my property for a free inspection. He discovered several small entry holes, and after I gave my go-ahead, he sealed the holes and trapped the rats that were there. But more importantly, he was always keeping up to see if the problem did not recur. They're truly passionate about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Pesticon. We were concerned about a swarming wasp nest outside our front door. I called Pesticon in the morning and they told me they could attend later that day. Kamran showed up at the time that had been agreed and within half an hour he had dealt very efficiently with the wasp nest. A few wasps were still buzzing around. Kamran told me that the wasps should be totally gone in a few days and if not they had a guarantee that stated that if the problem still persisted any time within the next three months they would return and deal with it for free. Even though he wasnt sure why earwigs were getting in my house he told me I should not worry that he will make sure they are gone.
