This USED to be my go-to grocery store but in the last year or so I have noticed a SHARP decline in brand name products as well as fundamental choices between brands and more and more often they seem to have ONLY their own branded items or No-Name stuff and one other brand. This is not what most people want and notwithstanding the 'push' to encourage us to buy store-brand items, the lack of choice and, frankly a better price for purchasing store-brand, has left me wondering if they've dropped the ball. As well, there seems to be, in many instances, a VERY NOTICEABLE LACK of other choices on the shelves. Many items have disappeared from the shelves and I now have to go to Metro or North Bay for better choices and items and brands that USED TO BE on the shelves here. I would suggest to the management that they RE-INTRODUCE choices we used to have or I believe you will lose MORE CUSTOMERS

I had to change my review from 5 to no stars. I don't know what's happened lately but as of a month or two ago all the meat is aged, the sugar is rock solid, and the milk is covered in curdled milk from a different bag. The shelves are disgusting. You won't notice until something is sold out but there is a layer of dried filth everytime a shelf is empty. I would have thought with covid they would be sent to clean more thoroughly, more often. If possible I bite the bullet and attain groceries in north bay on weekends despite the added hour of driving. This used to be a nice grocery store. Photos pending.

The place is just awesome, the selves are always full, the staff never fails me when I'm looking for something.Its like covid isn't even here in this store. Never a delay getting in or out, But the cashier who was so casual and never blinked a eye when I came up short 4 cents. I was on a walk , had some change on me and thought I'll just pop in grab my cats a treat food . Lol I hit the till rang it in and realized I'm 4 cents short, no worries I reach for my wallet and OOOOPS no wallet. EEEECK. Like I said she never blinked a eye and said no worries she has a nickle right here for it. Wow when your good you're good . I highly recommend this place.

As an older customer and very guarded by income must only shop for sale items. We visited it to Check out how the store was compared to 2 in North Bay. Besides, l didn't know what sales were because all signs had been removed for the next day new sale. I asked a fellow English female kind customer about the sales in Question, thankfully we had our phones to make sure about the sales. Product on items were low and not a lot of selections. I prefer the North Bay stores because of the issues with Language. This is a French Speaking Store. I'm Bilingual but prefer English.

Very disappointed in my visit to your No Frills this weekend. I purchased 3 Joe Fresh jackets on clearance at very good prices only to discover that 2 of them were miss-ticketed. I say this was an error because all the jackets had the same price. I decided to drive back to Sturgeon and collect the $8 that I was overcharged only to be told that "someone" had changed those tickets. I believe that "Phil" was accusing me of being that someone. I don't need your $8 but really want to point out that you need all the good will in this world to be successful and you now have lost mine and any friends family and acquaintances I have as you can be sure I will tell everyone I know that you have no qualms about calling your customers crooks. I really did not want to leave that 1 star rating but it was the only way I could get to leave a review. ..

I have been shopping here ever since I moved to Ontario since January 2018. They used to be a great place but now for the last 2 months every time I go their shelves are empty and they never have the sale items. I am disabled and have a very bad back also and the cashier made me take a 24 case of pop and put it on the counter to scan it, I asked if they couldn't just look up the code and put it through that way but no she said, I think that is very poor service. I will not be going to shop there anymore that is for sure.
