I was happy with the technician. He first looked for where there was evidence of mice activity, checked for nests, and dropped the bait where it was needed. I was shocked when he discovered the corners of the garage door was chewed. I am also glad they offer to come back in a month or two to check the bait and offer a warranty. It only took 1 hour and pretty much the next day we did not see any new mice droppings.

The first visit resulted in an incomplete solution to the wasp problem, but as promised, they came back, and fixed the problem without additional charge. They said they would have to go under the soffit to get to the wasp nest, so I was anxious of the damage they would do in putting everything back. They did a great job, you can barely tell they went under there.

We were told what we could do to protect the other roof vents but not in a ‘pushy salesperson’ kind of way. Callum was especially helpful on the phone each time we spoke. Very kind and professional. Very efficient and professional service! I just got the possession of a new house and needed help for mice treatment within 2 days before moving in physically. I called them and they sent their technician on same day for treatment. Their technician inspected the whole house and walked me through everything. They didn’t rush through and also provided recommendation for installing meshes outside the house for any future animal entries. Highly recommended!

Everything about working with this company was a pleasant experience. I sent them an email on Saturday, heard back by Sunday and they were removing my wasps' nest by Wednesday. Their pricing was up front and honest, no surprises, they do a free inspection as well, I am saving the quote because you never know when you will need more help. I will definitely call them again if I have more issues that need professional help!

I had a Technician come on Wednesday April 28th for a racoon inspection. A mother racoon did access in the Attic , but the mother didn`t have her babies yet so we got lucky. So the technician took is time and install a one door and also double check to see if there is any other entry point and there was none. So now it`s a waiting game until the technician comes back in a week time for the last inspection to make the mother left. The service was very good and I would recommend them.

A pest control technician climbed up on top of our motor home and removed a wasp nest located inside the roof top air conditioning unit. The removal was thorough and the bees have not returned, so far. Job well done ????

After recently moving to a new place in Downtown Kitchener we found a couple of unwanted guests as there was a good month of so between us moving in and the owner not being there. We called Pest Control Kitchener after seeing other google review and were super happy about our experience with them. Right off the bat, the Pest Control team, through Scott, Simon and Mr. Yu were responsive, I got a call back right after my inquiry and they dispatched someone the next day. The team was extremely pleasant to deal with, and that coupled with the responsiveness has made them my go to for any further issues we may encounter. Knock on wood - it looks like we have been able to nip the issue in the bud, thanks to the team Scott, Simon, Mr. Yu and the rest of the team. We'll continue to work with them for preventative maintenance - overall am very happy with the experience and service we got. Thanks very much, Scott, Simon and Mr. Yu!!!

We had a minor wasp issue (Between the siding and the brick..outdoors). The technician from Pest Control came on time and treated the area with some chemicals. He did not remove the siding or didn't inspect whether wasps had made nest somewhere inside. But we don't see the wasps entering now. So I can say that issue has been solved and I'm satisfied with the service. They also give 6 months warranty. Service was quick and efficient.

Very professional and fair priced! This is the second time using a pest service and the first time I felt they cared with my concerns and immediately dealt with my rat issue.. Gave me a run down on the phone as to what I can expect before arriving and delivered what they said. I hope to never have to use a pest control service again but if need be will be calling Simon!!
