Amazing fella came out and did a very thorough inspection of crawlspace, garage, interior, and exterior. Located and trapped several mice and we have not had any return since he blocked potential entrances. Called for bull face hornet and yellow jacket removal in summer as well. Great experiance and kind worker, would highly recommend!

E.P.E is the best out there. I have used other companies but was not happy with their communication. E.P.E came out and addressed all of my concerns and even pointed out a couple areas I would not have thought about. When calling the office they are always professional and seem to really love their jobs. I have been a customer of Eagle Pest Eliminators for a few years, mainly working with Derek. As Derek has assumed greater managerial roles at the company, my place is now being serviced by Mitch. Eagle Pest staff members always call in advance to schedule the treatment and thoroughly listens to the issues I may be experiencing around the time of treatment. What I really appreciated in Derek is his ability to listen to my frustrations when ant issues flared up this year and to work out a plan with patience to tackle the issues. As he handed off my account to Mitch, I experienced the same level of attentiveness and high quality customer service from Mitch. Also, Derek followed up with a phone call to ask whether everything was to my satisfaction after Mitch left. We've been having pigeon problems on our deck for some time now and I had been trying to find a local company to come out and assist. I had been in contact with another company first, who eventually just ghosted me. As soon as I called Eagle Pest, they were friendly, and responsive. They had to call out to one of their employees to see if they could solve our particular problem, and I got a call back the same day and made an appointment for a consultation for just a few days later. Once the technician arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable and got right down to business about how to solve the problem. A few of my neighbors have the same issue and he was right back out the next day to help them as well. If we have any pest issues in the future, Eagle Pest will be the first company I call again!

Called Eagle Pest on Monday, and they were able to send a bird specialist, Melecio, to my house the next morning (for a free estimate). Every other pest control company I called didn't do free estimates or had long lead times. Although we determined my problem was not something that could be addressed by most pest control companies, Melecio still gave me honest and detailed advice on how to potentially solve my issue. Overall very good customer service end to end.

Eagle Pest is has been a pleasure to work with. I called and left a message. 2 hours later I got a call back and Derek came out same day. Derek we very nice, walked the property, and was very though in his explanation of what he saw, suggested resolution, a cost was much pass expensive than I expected. He set traps and within hours one of them had caught one. I texted him to let him know and stopped by the next to check them all and dispose of all unwanted critters. I will be referring them to all my friends and family.

Dave was courteous and was detailed in finding where the mice were coming in between the walls. He found where they were coming from (garden shed) and told me what to do. All of this and no charge for coming out to my house! After setting traps caught the mice and no noises during the night! I highly recommend their services.

I'd give them ten stars if it was an option! Eagle Pest Eliminators was recommended to me by several people on my NextDoor forum, and I'm so glad we hired them. We had been dealing with a clicking/tapping noise happening intermittently at all hours coming from our bedroom wall, and could not figure out what it was on our own. Luckily Nathan from Eagle was able to come out and help us find the culprit, which turned out to be a yellow jacket nest that had set up shop inside the wall and was trying to eat their way through the drywall- yikes! Nathan climbed out on our roof in a bee-proof suit like a total pro to treat the issue and we have not had any problems since. They were able to fit us into the schedule quickly and did a super thorough and professional investigation before giving us a very affordable estimate. Nathan put careful consideration into his treatment recommendations and explained how he was going to take extra care to make sure that the nest was completely eradicated so that they would not have to come out again, keeping our wallets in mind. I appreciate when businesses show a high degree of integrity and treat their customers the way that they would want to be treated. Worst service ever,the guy came out and just stared at my house. Then he told me he didn't know what to do. He charged me 160 dollars and never fixed the problem. I have rotton wood on my deck and there is something eating the wood, he had no idea how to deal with it. His truck said bird expert. I do not have a bird problem.Now I will have to find a legitimate exterminator and pay again. Do not use these guys or you will be writing a negative review just as I am having to do.

We called Eagle to help us out with those pesky sugar ants! They came out to our house super fast (talking same day here!). Jon was amazingly knowledgeable about how to get rid of them and fast. They treated the exterior of the house and gave us some "yummy" bait for inside (along with the warning that the ants will go crazy for it and come out of the wood works) and soon they were gone and havent been back!! We will for sure only be using Eagle for any pest issues we may come across in the future and will also be requesting Jon be our "bug guy"!

We used eagle pest eliminators a couple years ago for an issue with a bird getting into an outside vent. Their guy came out and fixed it very quickly and had knowledge about the type of bird it was and even checked our other vent to make sure it was secure. We were very pleased. Fast forward 2 years, we have two dogs now and unfortunately didn't have them on a flea preventative yet. They both brought home fleas after a stay with a family member and so now we had that lovely stress. Mitch was assigned to our job and he is excellent. Super knowledgeable, gives lots of info on the nature of fleas etc (I love that personally) and was super accommodating. The first day he came out we weren't quite as prepared as we should have been. He offered to come back after we got some things moved. When he came back, he was very quick and thorough, made you feel comfortable, and gave detailed instructions on what to do. He also offered to answer any additional questions we may have post treatment via text or call, even on his days off! Which I did use lol, and he responded within 24 hours. You can tell he enjoys what he does. So far so good, the fleas look to be decreasing. Even if they had to come back one more time to respray it'd be worth it. My husband and I are very pleased with their service and Mitch made it a pleasant experience. 5 stars, Definitely recommend. We will use them again if we ever had another issue.

I have a rental house and my tenant said that she had bed bugs. I thought what do I do now. I looked on the internet and the first place I called was Eagle Pest Eliminators. They were fast at responding back which is very unusual these day. I talked to Delores who very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so very understanding with my situation because my tenant who was not cooperating with me at all. When I was able to get into the house I was blessed to have the technician named Todd arrive. He had been an exterminator for over 20 years. Oh boy does he know his stuff. He was able to locate where the bed bugs were coming from and made recommendations. This is only my 1st treatment but I am confident that with his expertise there will be no problem getting rid of them. Not only are they good but there prices are cheaper then there competitors. This company is contracted by the apartment complex we live in and we have ants. The 'kid' who came out was very rude, very short, actually told my roommate he didn't have time to answer my questions, because I have a 2 year and had concerns. He just wanted to fill my tiny apartment with chemicals and be done with it even though there are 5 other units going untreated and connected to mine. Then in response to if the others would be treated he acted like he had no communication with the apartment managers at all whatsoever or any idea of a plan of action, just chemicals or bait in your apartment so every ant in the complex comes to you. I've dealt with other exterminators so I know there are alternatives to chemicals and baiting and NEVER have I been asked to leave my home for 2 hours to be "safe" so this company seems to be chemical crazy. If you have animals or kids look elsewhere. AND you guys lie it seems to put yourself in a better light? I was never home with a sick child when your technician came over or I would have spoken to him face to face. And a prep sheet? We may as well move out to prep for your "treatment" it's a tiny apartment I can "bait" all by myself! But I don't want all the ants in the complex coming to my HOME! Seems reasonable I would think? And never was a drill and treat ever mentioned so dont know where you pulled that from. I even spoke to someone in your office on the phone before your technician arived on 6/18/18 and they were short and rude just like him and offered absolutely no assistance whatsoever except to tell me to talk to your technician who also had no idea what was going on with the complex or if other units attached to ours would be addressed. As a professional company who is said to be at the complex every Monday to address issues, would you not have a game plan for the whole complex set up with management? Do you treat just part of a house? Can you not treat the outside of a building? Oh wait, it's probably hazardous so that's why you do it inside? Basically we got to this point because your customer service overall is very lacking as evidence in your reply both here and in every instance I have spoken with your company thus far. That's all anyone should need to know who is reading a review. Thank you I'll go elsewhere even if I have to pay for it myself. Others can decide for themselves based on what they see here.

Well, EAGLE Pest Eliminators, from Everett came to my rescue. I called other pest elimination services, but Eagle had the most professional phone answering person, the quickest time to service my yellow jacket drama and the best price. Derek came out, that very same day and . . . just like magic the little critters are gone. I could not delay in my endeavor of extermination as the bees were located in a rockery, next to a sidewalk, where many children pass, while going to and from school each day.
