Termites in my Sentricon stations after nearly a of being installed. Both workers and soldiers are active inside and the company won't do a treatment or even offer a partial refund for a faulty product. Would not recommend. Get a trench and rod treatment instead of these money pits. Edit: you can see a soldier in one picture but in my other picture you can see a worker termite inside the hole in the bait. It might be hard to see the worker termite but that's only because they've been there long enough to dig pretty deep into the "bait" which shows just how ineffective it is. Also I'm sure the white house and other monuments have groundskeepers that are constantly checking for termites and other issues on a daily basis and don't rely solely on Sentricon stations.

Bio-Tech Pest Control is very professional and thorough. Last year was our first time to use them. They were recommended by a neighbor. I was skeptical that the treatment would last a whole year, but it did. All exterminators we've used in the past came out quarterly to treat. During the year, I saw some dead roaches outside and in the garage, but never inside the house. We will continue to use them.

Bio Tech Pest Control are the best exterminators in all of Texas! And we would know because we've been here for a long time and seen pest control companies come and go. We call Biotech for all of our residential pest control at our home and the commercial pest control management at my office. We first called Biotech to provide a termite inspection when we moved into our new house. Of course there were termites (isn't that always the way) and so we kept them on for the termite control as well. They did such a great job that we called them back time and again for everything from bed bug control, rodent and wildlife removal and general green pest control like ant, spider and cockroach control. They always do a thorough job and we appreciate their efforts, the Tyler's.

We have had Bio-Tech Pest Control company servicing our home pest control management needs since we moved in almost two years ago and they always do a great job for us. When we first moved in we had them do a termite inspection and related termite control and we haven't had a problem since. Our residential exterminator technician is always polite and courteous and takes his time to do a thorough green pest service every time. I have neighbors that complain about cockroach control and fire ant control but we never have any issues because of the great pest inspections and preventative service we receive. Occasionally we call them for wildlife removal and exclusion and they arrive promptly to relocate the critters. Thanks for taking such good care of us. I strongly recommend Bio Tech. My neighbors need to get in on the service! I've already given out their number to my next door neighbor for the commercial pest control at his motel. He expressed some concerns about bed bug control and I told them this company could handle it!

Not knowing anyone when we first moved up to Conroe from Houston, we asked our new neighbors who they used for their residential pest control and we were so relieved when they told us Bio Tech Pest Control because that's who we used in Houston, we just didn't realize they served this far up north as well. We have called Bio in the past for everything from household insect control and pest inspections like ant, spider and cockroach control etc, termite inspections and termite control, bed bug control and occasional wildlife removals. They always arrive on time, are very detailed, listen to our concerns and then work on solving our pest problems!

I had a issue with bed bugs in just one room in our home and they came out and took care of it right away, gave us a great deal and gave us the standard 30 day warranty. What do you know, the day after the warranty expired, the bed bugs started showing up in different locations of our house. I got in contact with them to see what they could do because I followed their instructions on how to get rid of them and nothing was working. They sent the same two awesome guys out and took care of our whole house. I will recommend this company over and over again and use them again in the future should I ever need to. They have great customer service, they stand by their products and are always willing to answer any and all questions that you may have.

I never knew that replacing entry door lights to "Yellow bug lights" will eliminate the problem I had, with every entry in the evening hours - my door would be full of different bugs (we live in the woods)... We thought we had termites so we called Bio-Tech Pest Control for emergency termite control. They sent one of their exterminators out to our house for a pest inspection and identified our problem as pavement ants. We were so grateful they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need that we signed up for their residential pest control service and have had no more ants (or other pests) since. After all the rains we had in June, we called them recently for fire ant control as well as mosquito control and got their Mistaway system installed which has been a lifesaver and has made summer with the kids much more pleasant. Over the last year, I have recommended them to my brother for his commercial pest control, my neighbor for rat control and my friend for bed bug control (which they were able to catch early). They have all signed up for regular pest service as well and are as happy as we are.

We recently sold our house in Houston and so called Bio Tech Pest Control for one last thorough pest inspection and exterminator service to leave the house ready for the next owners. They came out and did a fine job spraying everywhere for pests. They have been taking care of all of our pest management for years - and I'm relieved they service the area of The Woodlands where we just moved to as well, so we don't have to find a new residential pest control company for all of our wildlife control, rodent removal and general household insects like cockroach and ant control etc. We recently needed bed bug control for the first time in our lives and Biotech were there for us as usual. It's great knowing they always have our back no matter what kind of pest we are dealing with!

We hold Bio Tech Pest Control exterminators in the highest regard. It's rare to find any company let alone a pest management company with such a high level of customer service. Their pest technicians really care and enjoy what they do. We've used their commercial pest control services for years at our storage place. We tend to have a problem with cockroach control and need wildlife and rodent removal now and again. They do all of our residential pest control too from termite inspections and termite control to bed bug control and general bug spraying. Like I said, it's just great to deal with people who are excited about what they do and want to share their knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

I have been getting this particular company pest control since I have bought my house about 6 years ago. They have always been very professional and call before they come, when they are on the way. They also call back for follow up questions to make sure that the service was good which so far, thankfully, it always has been. Anytime I need them to come in again when I see bugs around, they come in because I have the warranty for a year, which is great.

Highly recommend Bio-Tech Pest Control for any rodent issues you might have. We have been using Bio-Tech for rodent control for about 6 or 7 years now and haven't seen any rodents (they were in our attics) since their initial visit. They are professional, always call at least 30 -45 min ahead of arrival and incredibly thorough in finding and fixing potential access points. Our most recent visit was today and the tech, Stephen S., went above and beyond. He removed a dead squirrel in front of our house that had been hit by a car and even changed a lightbulb that had gone out in our attic. Thank you, Stephen, excellent customer service is rare these days!

We have been customers of Biotech for just over a decade. Recently I got to meet the owner for the first time and I will tell you what I told him. He ought to teach other business owners how to hire people because every one of his staff I’ve ever dealt with were: friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Last year we had squirrels and rats get into our home and his folks took care of it over the course of a week and made the whole thing easy and cost effective. Work they backed up with a great warranty. I wish my interactions with other companies were half as good as with his. I rarely give anyone 5 stars but these folks have earned it. Wonderful company! Installed a new Mosquito Mister for our home in The Woodlands, and we could not be happier. Called 2 days later to check on us and see how they did with service. The owner Jason is one of the most competent individuals when it comes to his knowledge of the bug world. Excellent attention to detail. And I love the ANNUAL pest control aspect. Most places do quarterly and you have to either be home all those times or just hope they can get everything from outside. We called out Bio-Tech for the annual service due to seeing a few larger spiders. The tech let us know that he found indications of roaches and that we could expect them to begin to straggle out dying shortly after the service. Although we'd never seen a roach before, sure enough they starting showing up dead. Only a few but a few roaches are too many for my liking. So glad we chose Bio-Tech. Thanks again!
