A few years ago, we used Bugmaster for an ant problem and they came literally within an hour and had the problem fixed at a very reasonable price. Last week we then found mice droppings and potential carpet beetle infestation. We called Steve at Bugmaster and again came up within the hour and told us what to do for the mice issue and told us to wait until the next day for the Potential Beetle issue. Night one we caught the only mouse and the next day advised him we found more beetle issues. He came up again to spray but when he checked around said he doesn’t think we need it and did not spray. I asked him how much for two visits and he said nothing as he didn’t do anything. This company has integrity and expertise second to none. I will never call anyone else except Bugmaster and since last week I have passed their name to three other people. I highly recommend this company . They are honest and know their business!!

This year we have had a bad ant infestationwe reached out to these guys and they came and sprayed all around the perimeter of the house for a good price. This lasted quite a while and then we had some ants come back I found them and right away they came back and did a spray as a follow-up in the areas affected. The service was respectful and very personable. I would highly recommend this business. they suggested to us that we would probably want to be on a spring maintenance program that starts and keeps the ants back, and gets them under control this I think we will do for sure.

We phone Bugmaster to see if they could help us identify what kind of mice we have been catching in our traps. Steve said to send him a photo which we did. He got back to us within an hour telling us that we had one deer mouse (the bad kind) and one house mouse. Not what we wanted to hear, but better to know so we can deal with any droppings safely. Our family booked BugMaster for a mosquito service before my sister's wedding but it is raining non-stop. BugMaster had the integrity to let us know that the rain may reduce the effectiveness of the spray and would need to be reapplied and gave us the option to not have the service. I used to use another pest control company but after having a termite issue and working with Bug Master I couldn't be happier. Nobody wants termites but The termites are gone and I've had them come every year since to take care of other critters and I've always been happy.
