The technicians are great! My experience with the owner and the office are a completely different story. The owner uses a tone that comes off as impatient; when calling to verify my appt time, the owner told me that the "girl" leaves at 3, he's in the car, there is nothing he can do...call back tomorrow. I have gotten additional and new information 8 out of ten times,even when discussing the same topic. It was very clear in my last conversation that the woman manning the desk and the owner are not on the same page. This company has also missed two appointments in the past. I later found out that the office NEVER TOLD the technician.
