Mario and Antoinette are THE BEST. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, provide fantastic customer service. They gave us a time window and arrived at the earliest time they estimated and with most services when you get a time window you don’t expect anyone to show up til later but they were here at the earliest time not a minute later. Extra brownie points because we had packages delivered around the time they came and they brought them in for us lol I will gladly recommend them to anyone having problems with any kind of pest. I called with concerns about possible termite damage in the crawl space under my back enclosed porch and Mario fit me in the very same week! He was able to inspect areas and treat them the same day! He even gave me advice about ways to prevent further damage and how to better protect my property for the future! I even had noticed other big issues like ground nesting wasps and hornets nests later in the week, after I had called him, and he was kind enough to take a look at everything I was concerned about! Even though it wasn’t apart of my initial issue that I called him out for! He was very professional and helpful. Nice husband and wife team! Mario's Pest Control was referred to us by my General Contractor. We own several rental properties and two that we recently acquired had a pest issue that the former LL never addressed. Mario came out quickly after we called and did a site review. The same day we got an estimare for the scope of work needed and pricing that was very fair. He was great at communicating appointment times amd sending reminders. He was flexible with working around our schedule and that of our tenants. Which is key when you own rentals. When another issue came up at another unit we own he was our first call. Again the service was spot on. He even kept our GC in the loop on work that he would need to do, post treatment to prevent future issues. We highly recommend you give Mario a call for all your immediate and long term pest control needs. His pricing is competitive with the big guys and his service is head and shoulders above what they promise but fail to deliver.

If you have a pest issue or think you do, call Mario's Pest Control, asap. If there's a problem, they will resolve it; if there's no issue, they will let you know. They will not prey on your fear nor recommend unnecessary service(s). They will absolutely listen to your concerns and observations. They will inspect your property thoroughly, not just provide a "one size fits all" approach. They will share their expertise, answer all of your questions and offer suggestions. Excellent customer service as well, i.e. on time/prompt, answers phone/returns calls, patient, empathetic. Mario and Antoinette are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. Where to begin? During the middle of a holiday weekend, while doing yardwork, my husband stumbled upon and was stung numerous times by a nest full of yellow jackets. We needed it taken care of asap before anyone else got hurt. We called every "big" name pest control company in the area and all were closed for the 3 day weekend. Mario's was not. Mario himself came out in about two hours after our call, gave us a very reasonable quote and did the work right then and there! We are SO pleased (and grateful!) and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! If you're going to call one of the other guys, give Mario a call instead. You won't be disappointed!

Could not be happier with the service we received from Mario’s Pest Control. After another pest control company came out and assessed that they couldn’t take care of the hornet’s nest in our tree cause of the height it was at, they assured us that the hornets would not bother us. Later that night, we brought our dog out and about 20 hornets surrounded our back door. I called Mario the next day and he came THE SAME DAY. He gave me a better price, got the job done quickly and effectively, and cleaned up afterwards. It’s been 3 days and no hornets in sight. Highly recommend Mario and will definitely be reaching out to him for any other pest issues we have.

I saw Mario and his wife in line at my place of employment and asked them for their business card. I called them on my break that same day crying like a baby and explained to them the situation I have been dealing with for the past year! We got "treatment" from another pest control company and it did not solve the issue AT ALL! Mario and his wife were amazing to speak with and came to my house 2 days later to see the problem I was dealing with. They were VERY thorough and made me feel like everything was going to be ok since I felt helpless due to the other company not doing what should have been done to begin with! We signed the papers that day and 3-4days later they came to do 1 of a 2 visit job! They broke it up into 2 times for me so financially I could afford it and due to some other mishaps that happened with their truck. Any questions I had or do have they answered right away! Ensured me it was all going to be ok especially with dealing with this and just loosing my father 3 months ago. I literally can NOT say one negative thing about them at all! And I came to find out my boss actually uses them as well at their home! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! THANK YOU AGAIN!! And I will be in touch and see you soon for the 2nd part of the treatment at my home! Yellow jackets invaded our outdoor storage closet and after an unsuccessful try at ridding them ourselves (RAID and some other spray product from Home Depot), we reached out to Mario's. We called at 1:40 pm and they arrived by 2 pm! The duo who arrived were wearing protective booties, masks and were very courteous and friendly. I contacted Mario's Pest Control (Hamilton, NJ) with an ant situation we had in our bathroom. Mario responded quickly and was able to schedule a visit within a day. He explained everything to us as to what he was going to do and explained the services he also offered. Relieved that these ants weren't of the termite type just annoying. We decided to go with a yearly contract with Mario who comes out periodically and treats the perimeter of the house. I chose Mario because he is a small business owner within our town. Mario has taken care of my property now for the past 3 years. I have not had one issue ever since I started using his services. He comes quarterly and treats for everything under the son. I have pets and tennants with children and he is extra cautious to make sure the chemicals he is using will not harm them. He has Organic options as well which I am thinking about switching over to.
