Champoux homes are awesome...however....if your from the Timmins area, i would not recomend having Pierre Lavoie be your contractor. He doesnt pay his sub contractors and you may run the risk of a lein being placed on your home because of this! He ripped me off and i know of several others who had problems being paid from him.
