Recently got my apartment done..Jim's has always been a trusted name, so called Jim's post control, hornsby for the pest control job. Daniel was my technician. I must say, he is one of the most experienced technician. He was there and we didn't feel any disturbance or anything like that. Cockroaches are gone..Even flies stops coming. Best part is, was irritated with ant problems, luckily I am free from these creatures. Thanks to daniel and Jim's post control hornsby. Excellent job.

Apart from to have the job done properly in a 3rd visit; what annoyed me most that I wasn’t made aware that what the service includes and what not. Even I mentioned that I need the job done “mostly” for german cockroaches as well as other pests, spiders and mice; the mice treatment was skipped and was not mentioned until 2weeks later when I brought up the conversation. Poor professional..

No I am not happy bacause steve told me that if we add the bride's nest he charge me $60 and if he is sprayed the place in insecticides, he charge me$40 but he is only add the nest without sprinkling the pesticide. And he take from me$100

Daniel came out to our home in Casula. He didn't do a good job at all, he didn't even do a proper job. Still bird nests and eggs in the roof and birds have gotten back through the "barrier" Daniel made in only a week. DON'T ACCEPT A JOB IF YOU CAN'T DO THE JOB. Disgusting work ethic

We abserved droppings and some noice under our house .we were not sure what it is .Amir is very professional in his work .As per his great advice we agreed to keep possum trap ,Within 48 hours the possum was in the trap and our problem solved :) and we heavn't observed any dropping or noice since then .well done . I will highly recommend Amir to my family,friend and neighbours .

Absolutely disgusting service. We hadn't cleared cupboards and would have taken a matter of minutes whilst Sonny set up the spray. He said not to do it and he wouldn't have time. I was not at home when Sonny arrived but my housemates informed me that he was incredibly passive aggressive and rude. He even made one comment to my male housemate about the female saying "Does your housemate bother you a lot, if she does I can spray this on her face" and preceded to point the spray at her. I then contacted him today to mention this to him and all I got was a mouthful of abuse down the phone when I was just trying to understand what happened. Have heard good things about the company but Sonny really needs to work on his attitude and people skills.
