They also send out appointment reminders via mail and text message which I find to be exceptional service. Their prices are fair. The owner on first consult was very dismissive on my speculation and evidence of spiny rat mite infestation almost condescending. I am aware that I am not a pest control tech.On second call he was a little more receptive but first empressions mean a lot to me as well as kindness for someone who has been suffereing for weeks on end. My niehbors were slobs. I will stick with terminex.

James was very thorough and kind. He put bait every couple of feet around the most likely infested areas. It has been one week now and almost all the bugs are gone already. And he will come back every month for the first three months to make sure that they're all gone. I was very impressed with how much time he spent treating our home and I would highly recommend them. He arrived on time. We couldn’t move out if the house so he sprayed in an order that allowed us to be the least exposed. The chemicals used in the interior are very low toxicity ( I verified online). We haven’t seen a flea since they sprayed.

STEPHEN is extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, and very PROFESSIONAL. He will take the time to explain your options as well as answer any questions that you might have about the service. TREVOR who works with Stephen is also WONDERFUL. They both worked at my mother's house eradicating a major termite infestation using orange oil, as my mom was very concerned about her outdoor cats being killed if the house was tented. Stephen and Trevor show up when they say they will within a 2 hour window so you don't have to hang out all day. They have kept ants and wasps at bay without harming my dogs or cats. Yes, I would highly recommend this company and they will come to the East Pasco county area!
