On a dû trouvé un autre exterminateur en catastrophe, en pleine canicule et le problème s'est empiré au point de trouver des fourmis charpentières chaque soir dans notre lit. Ils ont divulgué des informations aux anciens propriétaires et suite à leurs discussions les anciens propriétaires ont refusé de nous rembourser... Contrairement au commentaire du propriétaire, cet avis n'est pas une vengeance, mais le constat et un avis qu’on aurait aimé avoir avant de contacter Extermination Target. Dès le 1e premier rendez-vous, on avait mentionné qu'on voulait un rapport pour réclamer les coûts aux anciens propriétaires. D'ailleurs, Extermination Target nous avait soumis un prix par écris 150$ pour un rapport, voir photo, qu'ils ont ensuite refusé de faire lorsqu'on en avait besoin... Les anciens propriétaires nous ont confirmés par écris qu’ils refusent de payer suite à des discussions avec Extermination Target. Pensez-y 2 fois avant de donner votre contrat à Extermination Target.
